The Pop Co. was founded in February 2020 - yes, right before the pandemic. This all started as a hobby and a way for my stepson and me to create something together. We tried cakes, I cried over buttercream and quit that instantly. Then just fell in love with the process and the uniqueness of cake pops. When I got laid off from my job, I wanted to start a side hustle and attend school. Now, we are here... attending local events, creating treats for parties, weddings, poppin' for coffee shops, and just enjoying every minute of this business.

We recommend you book ASAP. We do require a 50% retainer to save your date and put your order in our books. If you're unsure of your theme, putting your deposit at least ensures your order with us.
We do not have a storefront. We do events around the city, and also create custom orders for any and all celebrations. ​ Treat truck is coming soon!
Our books are fully opened for the remainder of the year. However, there are some months that are fully booked.
Unfortunately, we do not offer either of these options.
