Plums Macs

Welcome! My name is Dorota and I am the owner of Plums Macs, a home based bakery out of Windham, CT, specializing in french macarons! I strive for beautiful flavors, colors and using local ingredients when available. My focus is to make you and your loved ones smile at the first bite of my treats! The name Plums Macs comes simply from my husbands nickname for me, Plum. He has always been my support through all of my journeys so the name only made sense.

I have been baking for friends and family for over 10 years, always encouraging me to take the leap of opening my own bakery. With a recent visit to our local farmers market and seeing another small bakery successfully running their own business, I had the push that I think I needed! With the support from all of my family and friends, I took the chance and started posting my treats to social media!
