We are a Mobile Bar Service based in Western North Carolina. We offer seasonally curated cocktails and syrups, expert wine pairings, and timeless memories. Our bartenders are professional, kind and will ensure your day is perfect.

Our bartender is a trained and experienced Sommelier. His knowledge of wine, cocktails and food pairings is unparalleled. He has experience in weddings at Relais and Chateaux properties as well as other high end and high volume properties/venues. Our goal is to help make your day feel as special as you are. While we have packages available, we are open to customization, and making sure we cater to what your needs and preferences are for your special day. We will work with you to curate the perfect menu!

The Elevated Bar Experience

Price$22

Description

This is for up to 75 guests and includes two custom syrups (typically his and hers drinks). We will bring the shakers, wine openers, and mixers, etc. We charge $22 per head for this package. *NC law does not allow us to provide liquor but we can absolutely help you with the liquor count and menu so you know what to get!

The Sommelier Experience

Price$30

Description

This package includes everything in The Elevated Bar Experience (two Custom Syrups, bar supplies, etc) as well as wine pairings for your appetizers, meal, and dessert. We will also choose the perfect bubbly for your Champagne Toast based on your meal and your bubbly preference. We charge $30 per head for this package.

    Friendly, easy, great experience!

    Great experience! I was having a small private party and didn’t want anyone to have to make their own drinks so I went with the BYOB with guidance so that I could have signature cocktails for an elevated experience. Everything was far easier than I thought. I was asked about my preferences for a signature cocktail and they nailed it. Booking was easy and they were so helpful and friendly.

    The Utmost Professionalism

    Working with The Wandering Well NC was a game-changer for our wedding day. From our first conversation, they were straightforward and easy to work with, and their knowledge of drinks and pairings really showed. What impressed us most was their willingness to go above and beyond—I mentioned wanting a specific soda from my hometown, and they tracked it down and brought it to the reception without hesitation. Their wine pairings with our food menu were spot-on, making each course feel complete and thoughtful. The whole team treated us and our guests like family, which is what true hospitality looks like. We can't recommend The Wandering Well NC enough for any couple looking to elevate their wedding bar experience.

For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 6 months in advance.
Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. If you sign a contract with us beforehand, we can waive this fee.
