Owner and Bartender

Quality Barware is wedding and event bartending for Louisville and Southern Indiana, run by me, a working bartender and Certified Bourbon Steward. The business is new, but the experience behind it is not. We offer four packages, from a bartender only Pour Package to a fully custom Signature Package, staffed to your guest count. We can work behind whatever bar setup your venue has or bring our own. Hospitality is the mission, so if something goes sideways mid reception, we solve it on the fly. We call that a Tuesday.

Every bartender we send is an experienced, working bartender who practices the craft every day. Menus come out of real cocktail development work, so your signature drinks are built around your story, not pulled from a template. If bourbon is part of the night, I'm a Certified Bourbon Steward. Our free planning calculators help you figure out drinks, ice and glassware before you book.

Travel is based on your event address. Tell us where your wedding is when you request your quote and any travel fee will be on your quote before you book. No surprises the night of.
Our minimum spend is $600. Past that, your price comes down to guest count, hours behind the bar and which of our four packages fits what you're picturing. Send us your date and headcount and we'll get you a real quote.
Across Kentuckiana: Louisville and Southern Indiana, including Oldham County. We also take inquiries for Shelbyville, Elizabethtown, Lexington and beyond, and for weddings past about 25 miles of Louisville we confirm the bar team and equipment before we commit.
As early as you can, especially for wedding season, graduation season and December. Those book out fast. If your date is coming up quickly, reach out anyway and we'll tell you straight whether it's doable.
The Pour and Full Bar packages use your venue's glassware or a rental. Our glassware is an optional add on with the Premier Package, and the Signature Package includes custom glassware chosen for your wedding and priced into your quote.
Yes. Tell us your theme, a favorite bottle or the feel you're going for, and we'll build a menu around it rather than hand you a generic list. We can build mocktails into the menu too, so guests who aren't drinking get something just as good. If bourbon is part of your story, Nick, our owner, is a Certified Bourbon Steward.
