Missing Goblets
I’ve been conflicted about whether to leave a review, but I figured I would have wanted to know before booking. I chose to hire a wedding planner because I felt alone and lost during the planning process and was unsure of what to do. However, nothing really changed once I hired Til’ Death Wedding and Events. I felt a substantial lack of support and at times wondered what I was paying for. On the day of my wedding there were times that they did come through and supported me, such as ensuring decorum was set up and that my music played properly throughout the night. However, at the end of the night when we were packing up, the planners offered to buy some decor off of me so my husband and I didn’t have to carry it all out. I sold quite a bit to them including my goblets. I requested that they set aside the two goblets my husband and I used so we could have a keepsake. I deducted the price of them from the cost of the decor I sold to them. However, those goblets accidentally got packed up and taken away with the decor I sold to them. I was quite upset about this and asked the planners if they could send them back to me since I live out of state. They ensured they would send them to me, but I never received them. I messaged Laurie about a month later to check in about the goblets and she admitted she hadn’t gotten around to sending them, but she would soon. However, that was 8 months ago and I never received my goblets back. It’s not about the money or anything, it may seem silly but I’m a bit broken hearted not to have that memento from my special day. Despite the support I received on my wedding day, this has soured my experience with Til’ Death Wedding and Events and has lead me to question how much they value their clients.

You hired me as a day of coordinator. Per the contract. I was not your planner. I had unlimited communication with you to help and support you thru out the process but not your planner. There were times I would wake up in the middle of the night and respond to your text messages ..so to say communication was off is an untrue statement. We went above and beyond what you hired us for making sure everything was perfect. Even going out and purchasing flowers for you because you didnt have any 🤷🏼. As far as the goblets it had completely slipped my mind and a reminder text would of been sufficient instead of leaving me a negative review 8 months later and forgetting important details of your big day that we did for you that we didnt have to because we wanted it to be so special. Did I forget to send you the goblets absolutely but the rest of your statements are simply untrue.

Fun
We used Til Death for Bartending and Day of Coordination and let me just say- WOW. The drinks were great, they were so much fun and Lori was so organized and kept us going the entire day. She handles things behind the scenes that i didnt even think about. Highly recommend

The best there is
From the moment we booked 'Til Death Wedding and Events, Lori and Ricky were an absolute dream to work with. Their communication was fast, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work was truly amazing - they went above and beyond to ensure our wedding bar was perfect, handling things behind the scenes that we didn't even know about. Their pricing was incredibly reasonable, and the value they provided was worth every penny. Lori and Ricky are simply the best in the business, and we are so grateful to have had them as part of our special day.

Very unprofessional
I'm very disappointed with the decorations and day of coordination services provided by 'Til Death Wedding and Events for a wedding. From the beginning, their communication was delayed, rude and short, which set the tone for the rest of their work. On the day of the wedding, their coordination and execution were sloppy, unorganized and rushed, with poor time management skills that disrupted the day. The table decorations they were responsible for were thrown together at the last minute and some things did not happen due to the lack of organization. Overall, the wedding set up and day of coordination services were a major letdown that negatively impacted our wedding experience. I would not recommend 'Til Death Wedding and Events to any couple planning their big day.

Amazing experience!
Lori was the best to work with. She made every time I met with her so fun and made the whole experience amazing.
