We're a locally owned mobile bar service born and raised in Moab, Utah. Our team are climbers, hikers, rafters, and desert lovers who genuinely care about this place, and that passion shows in every event we do. We love being part of people's most celebrated moments, whether that's a wedding under the red rocks, an intimate elopement at sunrise, or a corporate retreat your team will never forget. We source fresh ingredients from local Moab farms, follow Leave No Trace principles at every event, and treat every client like a neighbor. For us, it's never just about the drinks, it's about making your day unforgettable.
We're not a company that flies in from out of state and figures it out on the day. We live here, we know every venue, every permit, every back road in canyon country. That local expertise makes a real difference. No travel fees within Moab, fresh ingredients sourced from local farms, and a team that genuinely loves what they do. We follow Leave No Trace principles at every outdoor event, so you can celebrate without leaving a mark on the place that brought you here. From intimate elopements to full wedding receptions, we treat every event like it's the only one on our calendar.

Our Basic Package includes your choice of bar trailers and a TIPS-certified bartender for 6 hours of professional service. You bring the drinks, we bring the bar.

Cant recommend enough
From our first conversation with Moab Bar Trailers, we knew we'd made the right choice. Their team communicated with us in a straightforward way that made planning stress-free, and they showed up on our wedding day ready to deliver. The bartenders were personable and genuinely seemed to enjoy chatting with our guests throughout the evening. What really stood out was how seamlessly they handled everything—the drinks were crafted with care, and everyone felt welcomed at the bar. Moab Bar Trailers were great to work with. We didn't have need for a full trailer so I appreciate that they were willing to customize their service to fit what we needed. Scotty was a great bar tender during the event but he also helped us conceptualize our signature cocktails and the amount of ingredients to purchase. He makes an incredible margarita!
