    Affogato Dream

    I had a dream after going to Italy to have affogatos at my wedding and Filter & Shot Coffee made that a dream a reality. Chris, the owner, was super responsive, modifying our quote quickly to reflect our exact needs. They had everything covered from transporting the ice cream and keeping it cold, to having delicious syrup toppings to make each affogato unique. They were able to accommodate having both regular and decaf espresso as well as dairy-free alternative ice cream so everyone could enjoy. The team was super professional and easy to work with the day of the wedding and all of the guests raved about the experience. I couldn’t recommend Filter & Shot Coffee enough.

We also proudly serve Snohomish County, including Everett, Snohomish, Lynnwood, and surrounding areas. Filter & Shot Coffee Catering operates throughout the Greater Seattle area, including North Seattle, South Seattle, West Seattle, and the Eastside (Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond). Planning something farther out? We travel statewide for special events for an additional travel fee.
We recommend booking 2 to 3 months in advance for most events. Peak seasons (spring, summer, and holidays) fill up quickly, so earlier is always better. Last-minute availability may be possible depending on the date.
We cater everything from small private gatherings to large corporate events. Whether you are hosting 20 guests or 500+, we scale staffing and equipment to match your needs.
We provide a full espresso bar experience including professional baristas, premium espresso drinks, all equipment, setup, and teardown. We also offer add-ons like teas, cold drinks, and pastries depending on your package.
