Affogato Dream
I had a dream after going to Italy to have affogatos at my wedding and Filter & Shot Coffee made that a dream a reality. Chris, the owner, was super responsive, modifying our quote quickly to reflect our exact needs. They had everything covered from transporting the ice cream and keeping it cold, to having delicious syrup toppings to make each affogato unique. They were able to accommodate having both regular and decaf espresso as well as dairy-free alternative ice cream so everyone could enjoy. The team was super professional and easy to work with the day of the wedding and all of the guests raved about the experience. I couldn’t recommend Filter & Shot Coffee enough.

I get SO excited when I see he is here so I can get me an iced coffee or maybe even a specialty hot coffee which I cannot get at my office lol! Chris and the Filter & Shot Coffee team made my wedding affogato dream a reality! I reached out to Chris with this special request and he was very responsive and easy to work with. We had regular and decaf affogatos with both Tillamook and dairy-free ice cream options and fun syrups/toppings to add. I learned after the event that Filter & Shot Coffee is a relatively new operation but you wouldn’t know at all based on the level of professionalism and great service they provided. All of the guests raved about the affogatos and I’m so glad that we were able to work with Chris and team to have such a fun add-on for the wedding.
