    Excellent Experience

    We hired Coastal Mixers for our daughter's wedding on short notice and they showed up ready to go. From the start, their communication was clear and consistent, keeping us updated every step of the way. They handled all the setup themselves and brought beautiful decor that matched her vision perfectly. What impressed us most was how organized and professional they were despite the tight timeline. They made us feel at ease when we were stressed about pulling everything together. The team kept guests engaged and happy throughout the night with their welcoming energy and great drinks. We honestly could not have asked for a better bar service and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

    Unmatched Service and Gorgeous Details

    We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Chey, Mitch, and the entire team on our wedding day! They managed our bar of roughly 150 guests during a warm florida wedding beautifully. So happy that we found them for our wedding. They bring so much more to the table than just beverage service. They handled our signage including our bar signs, welcome sign, and seating chart bringing our vision to life seamlessly. Their execution was stunning, but it wasn't just about aesthetics; the actual service was top-tier. They even coordinated our champagne pour, thoughtfully providing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options so every single guest felt included. Throughout the night, Chey and Mitch were incredibly attentive. During cocktail hour, they made sure the bridal party was completely taken care of with drinks in hand so we didn't miss out on the fun, all while maintaining a fast, seamless flow for the rest of our guests. Our family and friends haven't stopped raving about how great Chey and Mitch were. If you want a team that is professional, incredibly talented, and genuinely cares about making your day perfect, hire them immediately!

From setup to the final call, their team was exceptionally attentive, ensuring no guest ever waited too long for a drink and keeping the bar area spotless so we could actually relax and enjoy this milestone. They struck the perfect balance between high-energy fun and total professionalism. The bartenders brought fantastic vibes, laughed with our guests, and crafted delicious cocktails, all while maintaining top-tier, polished service throughout the night.
