I've worked with Club Car Mobile Bars several times as a vendor. I am a wedding planner, and Club Car is one of my favorite bar services to recommend to clients. Fast, efficient service; plenty of staff to ensure low wait times for guests during busier service times; great quality product so guests enjoy their drinks; and wonderful personalities to keep the energy flowing during cocktail hour and the reception. Our organization hired The Club Car for a social mixer at a local pickleball court. We had such amazing feedback from guests at our event about the bar and the staff, we can't wait to hire them again next year! Club Car Mobile Bars was a huge hit at my daughter's wedding and I can't recommend them enough. From start to finish they assisted with all the planning, made site visits, wine selections, local spirits etc. My daughter's wedding was outside at the top of a mountain and they made it a wonderful event. Club Car Mobile Bars employees were a great addition to the wedding as well. They were happy to be there, never skipped a beat, and just made the hole atmosphere a celebration. We are so grateful to have had Charlie and the Club Car team as part of our big day in October 2025. From the very beginning, their service went above and beyond our expectations. Even before the wedding, Charlie was incredibly knowledgeable about a wide range of beverages and was wonderfully adaptable as our schedule shifted. He also didn’t hesitate to offer vendor suggestions, which was such a thoughtful and helpful extra touch. We booked their Side Car full bar service for five hours, which allowed for two bartenders, mixers and garnishes, and drink ware. We were able to select two signature drinks—his and hers—and Charlie made the process so easy by providing a list of fall-themed options that perfectly fit the season. It took all the guesswork out of choosing, and our guests absolutely loved the final selections. On the day of the wedding, the bartenders were outstanding. They arrived fully prepared, were knowledgeable and efficient, and even jumped in to assist other vendors when needed. One of my favorite moments was seeing them dance while serving guests—it brought such a fun, joyful energy to the bar. Throughout the evening, the entire team remained friendly, attentive, and truly committed to making sure everyone was taken care of. All in all, the service was exceptional from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better bar team for our wedding, and we will absolutely be recommending them to friends and family!
