Cassia Coffee was created out of a passion for loving people & loving coffee. Cassia Coffee is a coffee cart catering company, complete with a full espresso bar & custom drink menus for your special events. A portion of all profit goes toward empowering students aging out of this northern Thailand orphanage to go to university. Creating intentional, unique experiences for your special days, and making lasting memories, is my favorite thing. If you have a dream, I’d love to bring it to life!

I love taking care of my customers, down to the very sips of their drinks - Cassia Coffee aims to keep products with fewer ingredients, no dyes, and mold-free. Cassia Coffee offers customizable packages too - Making those tiny details the ones that make your guests say, "Wow they thought of everything!"

    Cassia Coffee July 2025 Wedding

    Emily was easy to work with, seamlessly integrated into our day, and respected the venue and guests who raved about our "coffee hour." I can say the specialty latte developed specifically for our day is my favorite latte of all time. I would recommend Cassia to any bride-to-be, event host, or venue!!

    Nashville's Best Coffee Cart!!!

    Emily runs such a well maintained and cute little coffee cart! Anyone can tell that she is very passionate about what goes into making her drinks and also how much she cares for her customers. Love this cart and the owner, and would happily recommend her to anyone! 3

Reach out anytime! We recommend booking about 3–4 months ahead to keep things smooth and stress-free. But life (and wedding planning!) doesn’t always follow a perfect timeline, so if you need something sooner, just send us a message! We love making magic happen, even on a tighter schedule!
We serve Nashville and the nearby areas, with a small travel fee for locations outside the city. If having Cassia Coffee at your wedding is part of your vision, I’m absolutely up for the adventure near or far!
We offer tastings a little differently! Cassia Coffee does plenty of public-facing pop-up events, and we'd be thrilled to treat you to a complimentary coffee when you visit. It’s a fun, low-pressure way to sample my menu and chat in person!
Yes! Our standard package starts with 2 hours of serving time and includes 60–100 drinks. It’s a great baseline for creating an enjoyable, well-paced coffee experience for your guests.
