Bar & Stone was designed and created around one core idea: you. By leaving the food portion of catering to the companies that do it best, we focus solely on perfecting what we do — creating quality cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages. Our drinks are crafted to rival those you’d expect from a five-star restaurant, and our service is equally paramount. Regardless of the event, big or small, we tailor everything to you, from custom menus and drinks to elevated service options, such as tableside wine and tray-passed cocktails. We manage all planning, organization, and facilitation, so you can simply enjoy your event.

The biggest thing setting us apart is our ownership and involvement. Signature Drink Package

Description

Our Most Utilized Package: This package includes all the essentials: choose two signature drinks from our menu or create your own. Beer and wine service is also available, with up to four varieties of each. Glassware can be requested and coordinated separately. This package is designed for made-to-order bartending only. Bartenders and service rates are billed separately, with options for additional services available upon request. Additional signature drinks can be added à la carte.

Full Bar Package

Description

Allowing you to select up to four signature drinks, plus enjoy access to an extensive selection of mixers, ingredients, and garnishes. While this package offers an “full bar” experience, we recommend choosing a few signature drinks to help guide guests and reduce wait times. Though we do our best to provide a wide range of options, please note that fully recreating a complete bar with unlimited liquor varieties is not feasible. If there are any specific items you’d like, let us know.

Interactive Mixology Package

You'll learn how to craft each drink like a pro! Bartender and service rates are billed separately. Perfect for smaller gatherings and get-togethers! Step up to the bar and enjoy a demonstration of your drink of choice—or try making it yourself as we guide you through the process.

    Fantastique !

    Ryan and his team served at our wedding last summer. From the preparation to the actual day, I can’t recommande enough his service. Ryan did everything to accommodate our demands, the communication was easy and efficient. Ryan and his team were highly professional, friendly and the drinks were amazing. We are very thankful to have had them at our wedding !

    Excellent service!

    Bar & Stone provided exceptional bar services and beverages for our wedding. From the very first interaction, their team was quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and provided all the information we needed. On the day of, they were attentive to every detail, ensuring the bar area was clean, organized, and precise in their execution. Ryan, the lead bartender, really went above and beyond to match the specialty cocktails to the theme and feel of our wedding, which all our guests raved about. The value and quality of Bar & Stone's work was unmatched, and they played a key role in making our special day truly memorable.

    Wedding

    I was attending the wedding as a groomsman, but I think I speak for everyone when I say that Bar & Stone truly delivers on every front. You never know what to expect, but they went above and beyond all evening to ensure everyone felt included. My brother’s wife is pregnant, and they made her feel so welcome by offering a variety of non-alcoholic beverage options so she could still be part of the magic that night. Personalized, budget-friendly, and most importantly—the drinks were genuinely great. Highly recommend Bar & Stone for any event!

    Wonderful bartending

    Very attentive and friendly! While attending my niece’s wedding, I had a lovely conversation with the owner, who is incredibly involved and dedicated to their business. It’s refreshing in a world that often feels so disconnected. He made sure everything was done perfectly. Bar & Stone truly gets it right!

Due to the nature of our process, we typically do not offer tastings to our clients. While we understand the curiosity and excitement surrounding your event’s drink selection, several factors make tastings challenging to accommodate: Preparation and Setup & Cost Considerations: Tastings require significant time to prepare, set up, and execute, often comparable to a small-scale event. That said, under certain circumstances, we may be able to make adjustments to accommodate a tasting request for larger bookings or special considerations. If you’d like to discuss this further, feel free to reach out, and we’d be happy to explore options.
Yes, our minimum for wedding bookings is $500 unless you are specifically booking our Beer & Wine Only Package. This allows us to maintain the high standards of service and quality you deserve. We also have a staffing minimum to ensure every event is adequately staffed. Weddings are busy, high-energy events, and proper staffing is essential to handle tasks, add-ons, and guest volume. Cutting corners on staff can lead to a poor experience, which we refuse to risk. Our goal is to provide exceptional service, and these policies help us deliver on that promise.
Absolutely not! We typically only accept events within a couple of hours of our location due to logistical challenges, including alcohol delivery, staffing, and time constraints. These factors make it difficult to provide the same level of service at events farther away. We focus on maintaining the quality of service we’re known for within a reasonable distance.
We typically meet once to finalize the menu and headcount, as well as to review the venue and wedding logistics. This meeting is usually sufficient, as we are focused solely on bar service. We know the right questions to ask to ensure everything is in place. If any further details arise, we will reach out to discuss them. This streamlined process ensures a smooth experience for your event while keeping things efficient and professional.
We pride ourselves on offering full-service bar coordination, handling all aspects related to the bar service we provide, including glassware, bars, shelves, and occasionally linens. To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend connecting us with your catering team so we can collaborate on a comprehensive rental plan. We’ll work closely with you to review available rental options and ensure we stay within your budget, providing tailored solutions that meet your needs.
For spring and fall weddings, we recommend booking as early as possible, especially if your wedding is expected to be large. We are more flexible with smaller weddings and can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings with a minimum of a 3-week notice. While we don’t have a specific booking deadline, please keep in mind that due to prior commitments, we may already be unavailable even if you reach out a few months in advance. To ensure we can accommodate your event, we suggest securing your booking as early as possible.
We primarily serve Middle Tennessee but are willing to travel up to three hours if needed. If you are inquiring about a booking in Kentucky, please contact us directly. Kentucky requires specialized service permits depending on the county, such as in the city of Bowling Green. We’ll be happy to assist you in navigating these requirements for your event.
No, we do not provide alcohol. Alcohol is a separate purchase for your event, but we are proud to work with Cool Springs Wine and Spirits, who provide a dedicated event staff and offer the best prices available due to their high-tiered purchasing status. They can also help you source any rare or hard-to-find spirits you may desire, within reason. We will coordinate your order and delivery, ensuring everything is ready for your event. Additionally, due to Tennessee liquor laws, we can return unopened bottles (except beer) after your event.
