    Communication was great, they canceled 5 days before my wedding . They said due to the DJ breaking their collar bone and leg. Understandable , in the booking process they said if something came up they would have replacements. They didn’t. They said they were looking for another dj but somehow , someone not in the field found someone faster. Did get a full refund . Wrote a Facebook review with my experience and they blocked me. If it was out of their control why block me? Just avoid them if you can.

    We booked Wedding Jamz a year in advance and paid in full right away. Everything seemed fine at first, but the experience quickly went downhill. Five days before our wedding, my planner informed me that we didn’t have anyone lined up for our ceremony music — even though that was part of the package we booked. I reached out to Wedding Jamz, and they admitted it had been “forgotten” in their notes. They then assured me it would be covered. Just three days before our wedding, Wedding Jamz canceled on us completely due to an unforeseen circumstance. While I understand emergencies can happen, the timing and lack of communication made the situation extremely stressful. He promised a refund immediately, but we didn’t receive it until several days later and only after repeatedly following up. To make matters worse, before all of this I had actually recommended him to a friend, and he ended up canceling on her wedding as well. There was no assistance provided in helping us find a replacement. Thankfully, we scrambled and WE were able to secure another DJ in time, and our wedding day turned out perfect despite the stress leading up to it. Unfortunately, based on both my experience and what happened with my friend, I cannot recommend Wedding Jamz.

    Working alongside DJ with the Wedding Jams as the DJ for our wedding reception was the best decision we made. He listened to us throughout the entire wedding planning process and offered very insightful advice, as well. He communicated with us day of, too, like we asked him to, which was very comforting. We are very grateful for his expertise, confidence, and ability to keep a full dance floor at our reception.
