We had such a great experience working with this team. They handled our string lights, ceremony chairs, projection screen, and had an AV tech running our videos throughout the night--and everything went so smoothly. They were professional, organized, and really easy to work with from start to finish. They were also super accommodating whenever we had questions or last-minute adjustments, which made the whole process so much less stressful. Everything was set up beautifully, on time, and worked exactly as it was supposed to. We never had to worry about a thing, which is exactly what you want on your wedding day. I would absolutely recommend them!

We hired Lotus Event Pros for our wedding and specifically requested Scott, the owner—and he was fantastic! From our initial call, he was both friendly and professional, which made the decision to go with him very easy. As the date got closer, we had a planning meeting to go over music preferences and song choices, including a few less-known songs, which he handled without any issues. On the big day, the music perfectly matched our taste, and Scott was an excellent MC who kept the energy high and the night flowing smoothly. He also set up all the sound equipment for both the ceremony and reception, and everything ran flawlessly with no technical hiccups—our guests had a great time!
