Awarded Best of Zola
Caboose Farm was a dream from the moment we toured it. Colby took us on a detailed tour that showed us the event hall and some possible outdoor locations (which look BEAUTIFUL for warmer seasons!) One of our primary wants in a venue was duration of rental and Caboose allows you to rent their space for the ENTIRE weekend. Not only that, you can rent the housing on property as well for your guests to stay on, at a discounted rate if you opt to rent the full property. Colby was amazing to work with and, truly, made everything else fall into place. More than half of our vendors were found based on Colby’s recommendations. The man CERTAINLY knows his stuff and was a consummate professional from start to finish. He worked so well with our planner, caterer, DJ, liquor provider, and everyone in between to the point we barely had to worry that things would be in the right place. The bar staff were phenomenal as well. Alicia was a sweetheart and they made sure drinks were flowing (but not TOO flowing) and that everyone was having a wonderful night. The venue is gorgeous and works perfectly for a winter wedding as well as any other season, so have no fear if you go to look at it during the winter. The housing was so easy to do as well (once we had everyone assigned to a room)! Ourselves, we stayed in the Washington House, a quick little walk to the venue with enough rooms for the entire bridal party. We had most of the property filled and didn’t have a single issue with any of the rooms! The houses may be old but they are VERY renovated and very nice. We loved Caboose and will almost certainly take a trip back here to celebrate an anniversary some time in the future.
