The Barn at Deep Creek is a converted cattle barn set in a picturesque backdrop. The Barn has both indoor and covered outdoor spaces, a designated cocktail table area with a deck, and ample grass areas. There are multiple options for ceremony locations. We have Bride and Grooms suites for wedding party preparations. The property of the barn is a combination of cypress ponds, pine forest, pastures, and a canopied creek. The property is very private and secluded. We are only 15 minutes from downtown Gainesville, but it feels a world away.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Dressing room available
  • Natural elegance with open spaces
  • Space for a large guest list

Venue considerations

  • Not for you if you don't want a rustic vibe
  • Dance floor not included
  • Large venue, not ideal for small guest lists
I cannot say enough good things about The Barn at Deep Creek. Truly the perfect place to get married. From the seamless booking process, to the end of the night, Kristen made sure we were taken care of the entire way. Definitely a brides dream location as they have so many decorations available to work with (cutting down on your decorating budget), large places for bride & groom to get ready, perfectly lit reception space, and so many photo opportunities. There was a large reception space capable of hosting all your guests with ease with plenty of space for a beautiful dance floor. My vendors easily set up for the night and didn’t make the space feel cramped. I loved the lighting that changed for the reception, added so much to the atmosphere . You will not be disappointed with this venue!

My husband and I toured this venue when we first got engaged, we loved everything about it. We loved the elegance and charm between the oak trees and the front porch. The venue itself is very accommodating for handicapped people. I liked how the bridal suite is inside the house while the grooms suite is in its own area out back. Glenn and Diane are such kind people. Speaking with Diane, she truly listens and was so kind to work with. The only complaint I have is the parking lot area. A lot of my guest complained of dog poop being around while they were walking up and leaving. Other than that, it’s a gorgeous outdoor venue with such a sweet charm. Glen and Diane are so kind and go the extra mile on your day to make sure it’s nothing less than perfect.
