I booked my formal event at Painted Dunes Golf Coarse for my Daughters Quinceañera and I was thoroughly impressed with the EXCEPTIONAL customer service and overall experience. From the moment I arrived the very first time to book my event till that very night at the end of my event, the staff always made me feel welcomed and valued. Jose Colon and Painted Dunes Desert Golf Coarse staff were very attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The venue itself was absolutely stunning, elegant, created the perfect atmosphere for the occasion. My only recommendation when it comes to event planning. The venue has all inclusive packages as they have a team of preferred vendors from photographers to DJ's to bakers. The country chic look is perfect for anything from a rustic inspired birthday party to a romantic inspired wedding. They can cater your food needs as well as your decor needs and everything in between. They have beautifully decorated suites above their barn for brides/grooms, quinceañeras and anyone else who needs to getting ready at the venue and suites also double as rentals for Airbnb. They also have a bar with licensed bartenders to serve up yummy cocktails. You cannot go wrong with this venue. Say "I do" today at The Ranch on Vinton Road!

Los Portales

5.0

Anthony, NM
  • Up to 130 guests
  • All-inclusive
  • Outdoor & indoor
  • Starts at $6,900

Los Portales is an event venue near El Paso, TX built in 1932. It is an adobe building with history in the vineyard area of the upper valley of the Rio Grande, along the old route to Mesilla, also known as Don Juan de Oñate route. Initially it was a women’s club in the 40’s and 50’s, a place of reunions, politics and community center. Later, it became a church for over 20 years. After the church moved out, it was abandoned for many years. Now it re surges after extensive remodeling, taking into consideration its historical value, the structure of the building and authentic antique value, as a new option for intimate family events, in a rustic and country feel for any event.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Provides catering services
  • Both indoor and outdoor options
  • Provides lighting and sound

Venue considerations

  • On-site parking not available
  • No dedicated areas for getting ready
  • Dance floor not included
From the moment we reached out to Los Portales, the owners and staff were incredibly flexible, attentive and sweet in helping us plan our dream wedding. On the day, their beautiful, elegant and classy venue provided the perfect backdrop for our special celebration. They were so supportive the day before, letting us add extra personal touches to the space. And the day-of, the staff guided us seamlessly through our timeline, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The owners and staff are truly the most understanding, patient and supportive people we've ever worked with - they went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. We can't recommend Los Portales enough!
