I started my own business just a few months after my son was born, I wanted to work but I also wanted to have freedom to be a mother. Apollo, my almost one year old inspires me to work and create beautiful arrangements. I am very honored to be with you on your special day.

The name "Tapestry Floral" was inspired by historical paintings of flowers and the history of floristry. We strive to look to the masters and create artful florals inspired by their legacy. We love to create romantic, whimsical designs to bring magic to your wedding day.

I have always had a love for anything creative! Crafts, home decorating, flowers. anything that required taking the bits and pieces for putting together a finished design. As a young mother of 3 active kids these things were more a hobby than a profession. As my kids have grown and become less relient on me I started to think about my time and what I wanted to do with it. I started doing floral arrangements in 1996 for friends, family, dances for my kids and their friends. Special events, holidays, birthdays, weddings or a husband at the last minute who needs a bouquet for his wife or partner. I love anything to do with flowers!

I’ve been working with flowers since I was 15 years old and I just graduated from the New York Institute with a certificate in advanced floral design. I’m a mama of 4 incredible kids and wife to a husband who supports & encourages all my crazy dreams. I absolutely love event planning and bringing the style & vision of my clients to life from weddings to private parties to corporate events. I started working with wood flowers in February of 2020. A friend of mine had recently gotten married, and seeing her bouquet in the trash stuck with me. I researched fresh vs silk flowers, fresh are stunning but expensive & have a fast expiration date. Silk flowers didn’t really satisfy the customization and realism that I desired. I stumbled across wood flowers, purchased a few & quickly realized that not only was I actually a little talented at what I was doing, but I absolutely LOVED doing it. I fell in love almost immediately. I want to express my love & passion for these wood flowers & I want brides to fall in love the same way I did.
