Villa Bar & Banquet will be an absolutely amazing wedding reception venue for our special day. We have great memories when it was a restaurant and of the lounge downstairs. The downstairs lounge has been completely updated as well. Wow! From our first interactions, the sales manager Christen was prompt, friendly, excited, and incredibly knowledgeable about all the details of hosting an event. The owners have done an incredible job keeping the memories while making major updates. The Villa team has been flexible in working with us to customize the space to our vision. We look forward to the end result to host an elegant, warm, and truly unique reception that will wow all of our guests. The gorgeous ballroom provides the perfect backdrop for our celebration from the waterfall and the tall curtains, and my future husband is happy with the sound system and huge TV for the DJ and the video we plan to show during the reception. We are so grateful to the team at Villa Bar & Banquet for helping prepare to make our wedding reception truly unforgettable.

Our space was built in 1940 as a bowling alley. Since then, it's seen its share of nightclubs. With restored bowling lanes and beautiful lighting, The Cadillac room is perfect for a small to mid-size reception. Please contact us directly for more information.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Raw space for complete customization
  • Versatile for various event styles
  • Offers full-service amenities

Venue considerations

  • Does not provide event staff
  • Venue feels large for events with small guest lists

The Cadillac Room was a great value for our wedding. They communicated only via email, but responded quickly to any questions we had. On the day of, they provided everything that was included in our plan and were quick to address any issues that came up. The only negatives would be that they were pretty inflexible with some things - we weren't allowed to decorate or even store items the night before, and the earliest we could access the venue was 8am the day of the wedding which was pretty stressful. Overall however, the quality of their work was very good and they helped make our special day run smoothly.

The Vault was literally the perfect venue that exceeded our expectations in every way. Everyone we worked with was helpful and quick to communicate back with us. Jessica, our designated coordinator, was AMAZING - she was always available to answer my questions and even helped diffuse my wedding-day anxiety when I needed it most. I had some family drama the morning of the wedding and she was so sweet she gave me a hug and a pep talk and really made things go sooo much smoother! We felt lucky to have her as our coordinator. The venue itself was stunning, with a thoughtful layout and tons of space. I was worried about our guests feeling cramped, but with the multiple rooms and the alley they could wander, it felt perfect! I've referred multiple friends to The Holly Vault since our wedding, and I can say with full confidence that you're not just paying for a venue, but a team that genuinely cares about ensuring you have a wonderful day. Five stars across the board! (We don't have all our pics back but sharing a few, everything about the vault photographs beautifully!)

Cantina-your after party celebration spot

Ann Arbor, MI

Our venue is a lounge/club located on South U near the campus perfect for after wedding parties and celebrations! We have a lighting system, a DJ booth, and the ability to do karaoke. With a full bar located in the room, 2 restrooms as well we also have a full kitchen with very limited food options.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Has a relaxed and casual vibe
  • Classic seating dinner
  • Has a dance floor to dance the night away

Venue considerations

  • Does not allow pets
  • No free parking
  • Not wheelchair accessible
Cantina was honestly AMAZING! Honestly, our experience with our actual venue was kinda chaotic, expensive, and poorly communicated and Cantina was the one thing that went 100% smoothly! The snack food was perfect, having the dj and dance floor off to the side was great. A lot of our older family members came because of the transportation and that gave them a space off to the side to chat and hangout before calling it a night. We had boobers pick everyone up and they took people right down Liberty through the diag and then dropped them off in front of cantina in rickshaws, which was very fun and very Ann Arbor and allowed for us to not have to deal with any uber or bus or parking nonsense. I would highly recommend Cantina as a wedding after party spot!

The Treasury is the absolute BEST! My husband and I had our wedding reception there earlier this month, and they made our wedding vision come true! We received so many complements on how gorgeous our venue was, how amazing the food tasted, and how attentive and kind all of the staff was to guests. I never lifted a finger on my wedding day! I was greeted by staff many times throughout the day asking what I needed - drinks, snacks, water, last minute requests, ANYTHING we needed and they were on it. We primarily worked with Natalie and Hayley throughout our wedding planning process, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Any other staff we encountered throughout our wedding day were also so kind, thoughtful, and attentive to our needs and all of our guests. The Airbnbs upstairs are also beautiful and made planning, getting ready, and hosting our family/wedding party such a breeze. There are also so many BEAUTIFUL spots for photos - the options are endless. For everything you get with The Treasury - they are the total package and worth every penny! Cannot recommend them enough!

We had the pleasure of having our wedding reception this past September 2025 at the Crofoot and could not have been happier with our decision! We spent lots of time checking different venues such as hotels and country clubs, but when we walked in, it felt perfect for us! The venue itself and history is its own talking point. There was plenty of room for our 200 guests with so much to look at and explore. We loved how there were bars available for our guests pretty much everywhere (upstairs, downstairs, by the dance floor, outside on the patio). Our favorite moment was seeing how the venue started to look the morning of our wedding (we got ready at the venue, also highly recommend as there is a private area upstairs for bridal/wedding party to get ready with lots of space and a pool table) to dropping our jaws in "awe" coming back prior to the reception. The transformation that this staff put together in the Crofoot in preparation for the reception was truly remarkable. We got and still get to this day so many comments about how beautiful and amazing the place looked. One of my favorite comments was that every room felt different with its own vibe and walking into the main hall area was like entering a page from Alice in Wonderland. We had the pleasure of working with Kristine and was even lucky enough to meet Blair the owner. They both are wonderful people and made sure our expectations were exceeded. Thank you again and please do not hesitate to have your wedding transformed into a magical one at the Crofoot!
