We are the Boswell family. Wolf Run Acres is concept that came about after hosting our daughters weddings and struggling to find the country setting they wanted. After hosting one on this site under a tent we rented, we decided this is a beautiful setting for a wedding venue. We wanted to give our guests a beautiful dream country wedding, but design it to be more industrial and modern and less rustic than comparable venues. Our hope is to give each couple, a unique, beautiful setting while ensuring they have the wedding of their dreams. We work with each couple from the time we meet them through their day, making sure we meet all their needs and coordinating with their vendors to ensure they have as stress free and enjoyable day as possible.

A 132 acre working sustainable farm with a newly renovated modern Farmhouse. We create a unique indoor/outdoor feel that is warm, inviting and relaxing. You and your guests will have a dream day you will never forget. The Farmhouse at Emmett Ridge Farm is a wedding venue located in Amelia, Ohio and situated only a short drive southeast of Cincinnati. Grass-fed beef, pork, and poultry are raised here. They also grow a variety of flowers and vegetables. So much growth and vitality make this venue an attractive proposition for engaged couples. Visitors are invited to luxuriate in the comfort and serenity the place affords. Here, couples and their guests can enjoy modern amenities and delight in the majesty and rare beauty of the natural world.

Choose one of our historic rooms for an intimate gathering, one of our beautiful banquet rooms for your reception, or our beautifully landscaped lawn for outdoor weddings. All rooms are available for rental only or with the option of in-house catering and a variety of menu options to select. Our menu options include plated lunches and dinner, English teas, and party packages (light hors d’oeuvres and appetizers), as well as bar service. All event rentals include: tables, chairs, all table linens, centerpieces, glassware, drinks, set up and clean up, and friendly staff and volunteers. In 2016, Cedar Grove’s owners, Kevin and Julie Claus, were sitting on the porch of Stillwater Lodge with some friends, gazing upon their 65-acre property. With 6 cabins and 2 lodges running smoothly, it was time to start planning for their next adventure. They talked about their 3 children growing up on the property, and reminisced on how so many milestones were celebrated. With all their kids growing up, they talked about them finding love and how wonderful it would be to see them married on the property where they shared so many memories. That was the day the dream began! Kevin quickly grabbed a napkin and feverishly started scribbling sketches of a large lodge that could hold all of their friends and family, celebrating the futures of their children. In true Claus fashion, they did not let this vision pass them by, and got to working on the lodge right away.

Our 12,500 square foot barn is now complete. This new building has seating for 350 guests and beautiful photo opportunities for your big day. With weddings already on the books through 2024, we’re ready to get started! We have a large tent (20 ft. x 100 ft.) on a concrete pad for outdoor events and climate-controlled restroom facilities. The restroom building also has a separate dressing room area. A large pavilion is also available to serve as an area to serve food and beverage. A pergola with a large concrete area is available for the wedding ceremony. We are constructing a 10,000 sq. ft. indoor event center with a January, 2023 estimated completion date. It will include a catering area, bar, bridal suite, additional restrooms and a large patio area next to the pond.

Kinsale is located in Powell, Ohio and our outdoor tented space is perfect for your wedding reception. We are able to accommodate up to 200 guests, include the dance floor and have a beautiful location for an outdoor ceremony. The tent comes with the tables, chairs, flatware and glassware for the event and our standard ivory linens.

Our venue is seated on 65 beautiful and secluded acres. We have three ponds, alpacas, goats, and beautiful forestry. We are able to set up your wedding in many different locations on the property to tailor it to your specific style. We also include packages that offer photography with the livestock.

Little Tennessee Event Farm is a dreamy indoor-outdoor venue located in Chesapeake, Ohio. This farm and its staff know that rain can put a damper on a wedding day. Because of this, they offer their couples the option to host both indoor and outdoor occasions, allowing them the flexibility of either type of environment, should they need it. They also provide all-inclusive options in order to offer their clients as stress-free of an experience as possible. If bad weather hits, couples will be able to use the indoor barn, saving their day, and guests, from being soaked in a downpour.

This is a working farm, with many animals. We have a mix of very old (log house and tobacco barn) with a new kitchen area and restrooms, on public water and sewer. The unique and picturesque country setting is just 20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. There is a circa 1800’s barn with exposed post and beam construction, a historic log cabin, a newly constructed Sugar Shack with modern men’s and women’s restrooms, a kitchen, a bar area and a small dining hall. The beautiful large lawn areas are adjacent to the buildings and are appropriate for use as an outdoor ceremony site. We even have a portable white wedding arbor ready to decorate.

This English Manor Country Home, built in 1920, features outstanding indoor and outdoor areas including an elaborate back terrace and custom deck overlooking a wooded ravine.
