Melissa Cookston, BBQ Hall of Famer and television personality most notably on Netflix's Barbecue Showdown, is happy to announce the relaunch of her catering company, Green Tomato Catering. Melissa has catered many world-class events all over the US, including a plated dinner at the James Beard House in New York City. Melissa is of course known for barbecue but can cater any cuisine, especially southern and Italian favorites. She and her daughter, Lauren, recently studied at the Italian Culinary Institute in Calabria, Italy.

Elizabeth Heiskell lives in Oxford, Mississippi where she and her husband are raising three beautiful girls. There she also maintains her catering company, Elizabeth Heiskell Catering, that is in its 22nd year. Elizabeth was head chef at Viking Range Corporation for 8 years where she added fun and vitality to all of her cooking classes. Now she is The Today Show Food Contributor and has done appearances on Food Network’s The Kitchen and on Chopped as a judge. Elizabeth is a Southern Living contributing editor. She is the author of three best selling cook books "What Can I Bring", "The Southern Living Party Cook Book" and "Come On Over".

Brian Lindner is the proud owner of Brian Michael's Catering Company. Originating from New York City, Brian started working in a butcher shop when he was only thirteen years old. Brian Preceded to train under his brother Chef Joseph Lindner Jr,. a Johnson and Wales Culinary Arts School graduate, for fifteen years. When Brian moved to Mississippi he opened Brian Michaels Burger Co. which was a huge hit! After increasing demand, Brian decided to become a full service catering company.
