My youngest daughter, was diagnosed with an Auto-Immune Disease, called Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) just after her 1st Birthday. Prior to the diagnosis she suffered from constant vomiting. Through endoscopies and food elimination we determined that she could not eat anything that contained Gluten, Dairy, Eggs and a few Fruits and Vegetables. Since her diagnosis, I began to develop recipes that would not only taste good but, look good too. Most Allergen Free recipes that I found contained other ingredients that she could not eat and if she could, she didn’t like the consistency. So once it came to her 2nd Birthday I was going to be ready!

After pursuing a degree in fine art with a concentration in graphic design and working in the industry I took an opportunity to open a restaurant and market with my mom.
