We are located on the Northshore of New Orleans. We have a beautiful venue inside the Maritime Museum as well as the historic lighthouse keepers cottage and dock directly on the Tchefuncte River! LSU AgCenter Botanic Gardens is located on a 450 acre property known as Burden Museum and Gardens. Once privately owned by the Burden Family, the LSU AgCenter Botanic Gardens is now open to the public as a space for all to soak in the beauty of our natural world. This beautiful venue offers many rental options that include the Steele Burden Memorial Orangerie, the Pavilion, the Ione Burden Conference Center as well as the surroundings gardens.

The NOCCA Foundation is the nonprofit that supports the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts, which is Louisiana's arts conservatory for high school students. Our venues are located in one of New Orleans' oldest neighborhoods, the Faubourg Marigny, just upriver from the Bywater. Our buildings date from the early 1800s and have been beautifully restored with modern amenities. Funds from rentals help support a range of programs for students, faculty, and the community, including an Artists-in-Residence program that brings up to 100 visiting artists into NOCCA's classrooms each year; professional development funds for NOCCA faculty; and a series of concerts, gallery exhibitions, readings, and classes for the community.
