Founded in 2014, The Pine Tree Barn is a charming and inviting barn venue located in Genesee County just west of I-75, off of Exit 126. ​ The Pine Tree Barn sits on 20 acres of pristine mid-Michigan land covered in an abundance of Pine, Birch, Oak and Maple trees. We also have a pond and several ceremony sites to accommodate the wedding of your dreams. ​ The barn itself is a 4,000 sq. ft timber frame structure built entirely of White Oak and Pine with Cedar siding. The metal roof and climate control give you and your guests the utmost comfort while enjoying your celebration.

Become one with nature here. Our barn has been completely modernized but still has old charm. It's climate controlled for year round comfortable weddings. We have wheelchair accessible restrooms, designated handicapped parking spots and plentiful space in our parking lot. Lake Lucy Event Venue offers 140 acres of land with an 80 acre private lake encompassed on the property. There are many well maintained walking trails, plenty of open space and beautiful scenery. There is an option to bring the bridal party on a hay wagon, which makes for some pretty cool pictures. Both the bridal party and the grooms party can opt to get ready in a beautiful log home; usually the bridal party gets ready in the fully finished walkout basement, and the grooms party on main floor. We are located within 5 miles of Wixom, which offers many hotel options. There is currently no structures in the wedding venue area, but have started construction on a pavilion for the 2024 season. In 1999, the Frutig family purchased a historic farm on the West side of Ann Arbor, home to two barns dating back to the 19th century. Inspired by their daughter's wedding in 2009, Kelly launched Misty Farm, offering a picturesque setting for weddings. The success of Misty Farm led Kelly to restore a neighboring farm, giving birth to The Valley. The Frutig family takes pride in preserving the history and craftsmanship of these properties, sharing their unique beauty with the community and those seeking a truly special setting for their celebrations.
