My fiancé(now husband) and I were looking for a DJ that was not your typical, "gaudy, corny, and obnoxious" wedding DJs these days. He was professional, organized, accommodating, and easy to talk to. Our first initial "meet-up" was through the phone. He listened to all our suggestions and helped plan our reception timeline to the T. His recommendations were spot on when we were unsure of things. His website was also easy to use. It helped us to start up the wedding reception program, add songs we loved( and hated lol), and everything else you can think of while planning the reception program. He was also very prompt with answering back emails and phone calls. He even took his time to ask us how to properly pronounce ALL the bridal entourage's full names(Filipino last names are a little tricky when it comes to proper pronunciation, and he nailed it during the reception!). Guests came up to me and said his voice was perfect! They liked how HE WAS NOT obnoxiously screaming through the mic to hype up the crowd. He let his music do the "talking." My husband and I danced the night away. Our dance floor was full the entire time, and this is not an exaggeration. Our full wedding video without a doubt showed how everyone was on the dance floor enjoying themselves. We are VERY PICKY with our music, and DJ Nate literally played all the songs we wanted. DJ Nate did an absolute amazing job with our reception music. Seriously guys, book him for your wedding/event. We cannot recommend DJ Nate from Terrace DJ enough. THANK YOU, THANK YOU NATE!”

“Kate is a phenomenal wedding coordinator! We had our wedding at Drumore Mill, and the venue owner recommended her services...man were we happy we got that recommendation! From our first meeting, Kate was punctual, professional, and prepared. My husband and I made minor adjustments to the wedding plan and day as we planned, and Kate was always open and responsive to our changes. She also helped us find the best vendors for us and managed all communication with vendors once we confirmed them. At one point I even had an issue about payment with our vendor that ended up being an easy fix, but Kate offered to front the cost needed and we could pay her back- WOW!! It was not needed but deeply appreciated. On the day of the wedding, Kate was perfect. She handled everything flawlessly, so much so that I don't even know what the hiccups were on my wedding day! I remember seeing, at one point during the reception, Kate popped her head around a door and was beaming as she looked out over the reception space. Thanks to her incredible help, we were all beaming! Kate should be very proud of the business she has made, and I give her my highest recommendation for anyone looking for a coordinator.”

I began my career a decade ago. As a tour photographer, I began accompanying musicians all over the world. Little did I know at that point the low lights, high energy, and late nights would translate well into my career as a wedding photographer. My start as a music photographer gave me the confidence to navigate even the most challenging and unpredictable situations, and I use the same philosophy now while photographing weddings: keep calm, stay observant, and follow the action.

“We are so thrilled that we managed to book Jess for our engagement photos and wedding! Beautiful photography was a priority for us, and we wanted our photos to have a genuine, documentary style feel. We wanted the photos to capture the real beauty of the day, without being too heavily edited (we hate the photographers who made everything look pastel!). Jessica was completely in line with our style. My husband and I aren’t naturals in front of the camera, but Jessica made us feel so at ease. We were never uncomfortable with Jessica, and she felt like a natural part of the day. Jessica’s photos speak for themselves. She is able to create stunning visuals, but most impressively, Jess captures emotion in all of her photographs. At our wedding, Jessica and her assistant Kat were always present, but never intrusive. I feel like she is a photography ninja—I don’t even remember seeing her at certain moments, and yet there are beautiful photos of everything. No detail or moment was missed. From the day we worked with Jess on our engagement photos, we knew we were in more than capable hands. I am so impressed with Jessica’s ability to find unique spaces and framing for our photos—some of my favorite photos are in front of everyday places, but with Jessica’s eye they are turned into beautiful works of art. Because she did such a fantastic job with our engagement photos, we had no worries at all on our wedding day. One of Jess’ strengths is her background working as a photographer on music tours. Put her in any type of lighting or setting, and she has the technical skills and experience to create something amazing. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Jess’ professionalism—she is always early and is kind to everyone she interacts with. She is so passionate and excited about her work. Her calm, unflappable attitude made her a pleasure to be around on our wedding day. Her enthusiasm for her work is evident. She's also incredibly hardworking at every stage of the process. Jessica was able to edit our photos and got them back to us within 6 days of our wedding—that is unheard of! We love Jess and are so impressed by her! She is beyond talented and her stunning work will let us relive our wedding day whenever we want. All of our photos were fantastic—it’s hard to narrow down even our top 100 photos. We can’t thank Jess enough for capturing the joy we felt on our wedding day. I’m truly sad that our time working together is over. Jess was easily one of our favorite vendors, and we wish her all the best as she continues to grow her business! Update-- My husband and I were lucky to hire Jessica again about a year after our wedding to shoot some photos of us and our new puppy.
