La Diva started out as a Mexican Restaurant in a gas station in 2021. We were voted best tacos in Volusia County 2 years in a row and placed 2nd for best Mexican Restaurant. We decided to close the storefront in April 2023 to focus solely on catering (and now meal prep). We love helping make a wedding even more amazing with food that everyone will remember anx talk about!

I’ve been a chef for over 15 years catering to some elite clients. I’ve cooked in kitchens with top chefs like Michelle Bernstein, John Mccewan, Oliver Boiancini, Christopher Bulgarian. With over 100s of weddings under my belt, I’ve developed a sense of calm and preparedness for weddings. I love what I do and it shows in me and my teams' work.
