“From the moment we reached out to them for a consultation to the end of our wedding, working with the Appetites by RJ team was a calm blessing in the flurry of wedding planning. They were always extremely responsive, kind, flexible, professional, and warm. We are a queer couple and they treated us like family from the beginning. Most importantly the food was AMAZING. Our guests are still talking about it, especially the mac and cheese and cornbread. We also hired them as our bartending team, and they did a great job with that as well. On wedding day, everything went without a glitch, and they made sure us as the wedding couple were fed and provided drinks throughout the night, so we actually got to really enjoy their delicious food. “Kristin with Hausfrau Catering did a phenomenal job with my daughter’s wedding at Balla Cloiche Vineyards. The food and service were beyond expectation. The appetizers at cocktail hour were great, particularly the mini crab cakes (even made gluten free due to some allergies). There were about 90 guests and everything went very smoothly, from the plated salad and soup courses, then main course stations set up with beef, poultry, seafood choices, as well as a vegan option for a couple of guests. Dessert shooters were delicious. The rentals (tables, place settings, etc) were great and communication and flexibility were exceptional from start to finish. Highly recommend Hausfrau for any catering needs.”
