Welcome to The Barn at Bull Meadow, a 7,000 square foot rustic yet modern wedding and event center located less than 10 minutes from downtown Concord, New Hampshire. The barn was purpose built from the ground up in 2020 to host weddings and other events, including corporate gatherings and family parties for up to 180 guests. The Summit Lodge is an exclusive resort. We will only host one wedding per weekend. The entire property is yours for up to 4 days and 3 nights! We can host 50 to 200 people for your ceremony and reception, and can house up to 136 in our cozy lodge. We have 10 acres of beautifully manicured grounds with tons of charm and character inside and out. Outside there are 2 beautiful saltwater pools, fire pit, life-size chess/checkers, horseshoes, corn-hole, shuffleboard, and an oversized chef’s grill that’s perfect for welcome parties and poolside barbecues. Inside we have O’Dwyer’s Poolside Bar, perfect for cocktail hour, welcome parties, and outside dining, and O’Dwyer’s Pub. Which is the ideal spot for rehearsal dinners and after parties. The site is located on the mountain across from our farmhouse and the area was made to accommodate a large event tent, it is approximately a 60’x200’ area. In addition to our venue site, we also have multiple possible ceremony locations available. Our farm is only a short drive from beautiful Brattleboro, Vermont, allowing accessible lodging for any guests traveling to help you celebrate your special day. With the help of our local and trusted vendors, we can help you create your Vermont dream wedding with our beautiful family farm as your priceless backdrop.
