For the past 18 years Katharine has turned her farm, Fox Hill Farm in Honesdale PA, into a flower farm and event venue; using it as a base for her floral business. Fox Hill Farm has supplied wedding and event florals throughout northeast PA and beyond. Katharine endeavors to use as much local, PA grown and American grown flowers as possible. Katharine’s undergraduate education, travels, research, workshops, and hands-on learning have fueled her continued passion for providing the best products possible. My passion for flowers and plants started when I was a child. Growing up in the middle of nowhere was the best thing to allow my imagination to flourish. The school day would end and I would be rushing off the bus to help my grandparents plant seedlings or pick the harvest from the garden. My parents had flower beds and brought the beautiful flowers inside to enjoy as well.
