I began decorating cakes as a hobby, and that hobby soon turned into a desire to run a business. I graduated from college with a Bachelor's degree in business management, an emphasis in marketing, and a minor in culinary arts. I was fully prepared for the next step, which was to open a shop, and share my talents and tasty cakes with you! That dream became a reality in August of 2013, when I, with the help of my husband Michael, opened our cake shop in Blackfoot.

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

My name is Blythe Forman, and I have been creating decadent desserts for more than 20 years! I specialize in cakes for weddings and large celebrations. As a wedding vendor here in the Treasure Valley since 2016, I have gained the trust and rave reviews of countless couples, venues, coordinators and more. Custom cakes are an art form, and I spend many hours every year furthering my education through classes, workshops, and travel. I have taken classes in Europe and Asia as well as the United States.
