TPC Sugarloaf in Duluth, Georgia, offers an elegant and versatile setting for weddings, blending Southern charm with modern amenities. Couples can choose between indoor and outdoor ceremony options, including a picturesque lawn overlooking a private lake and the 18th hole of the golf course . The 60,000-square-foot clubhouse features five elegant event spaces, including a grand veranda with panoramic views, accommodating up to 250 guests . Their culinary team provides customized menus, from plated dinners to themed buffets, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

The Gardens at Kennesaw Mountain is nestled on four secluded acres at the foot of Kennesaw Mountain. The Gardens has a variety of spaces to meet all of our wedding reception, ceremony and rehearsal needs. Come see why we call it "naturally elegant".

Located in West Midtown Atlanta and built in 1970s, you will be greeted by the history that makes The West Venue the only venue of its kind in Atlanta. For years, the space was used to host congregations until 2003 when it was converted into an event hall. In 2020, the building was purchased and renovated to upgrade with latest amenities to add to its one of a kind character, while keeping original part of the building structure. The venue offers two distinct spaces for your event needs along with Grand Chandelier in Hall and 4k Projection Mapping!

As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.

1910. That’s when this studio was built. That’s more than 100 years ago. Before the Titanic. Before World War I. Of course, when they built it they didn’t know it was a studio. They thought they’d built a factory for transforming raw cotton into fire-retardant fabrics. And they did just that for about 84 years. Next came a few years of hand-wringing and a few more of neglect and abandonment. In 2007, they finally turned it over to Jason Ivany. He set it back on track and transformed it into the daylight studio it was always meant to be just before the 100 year mark.

The Garage is our barrel-aging and souring brewery in the heart of the historic West End of Atlanta. Our taproom features a ton of tasty small batch sours and barrel-aged beers in an expansive, eclectic space. Part of the Lee + White development along Atlanta’s BeltLine trail, the Garage houses 3 separate barrel aging rooms, a coolship, and an onsite orchard and garden. The Garage also features artisanal handcrafted pizzas that are baked in an Italian-built oven at over 900 degrees Fahrenheit. The crust uses a yeast culture that is a special sourdough blend containing wild yeast strains captured in the Garage’s coolship. The Garage also boasts an expansive private events space, available for weddings, corporate functions, and other gatherings.

Boasting over 12,000 square feet of event space, the ballroom can accommodate up to 1,500 guests, making it suitable for both intimate gatherings and grand celebrations. The venue features dividing walls that allow for adaptable room sizes, ensuring the space can be tailored to fit the specific needs of each event. Included in the rental are 500 padded ballroom chairs, 50 round tables, 10 six-foot tables, 10 eight-foot tables, and a 16x32-foot adjustable stage

Primrose Cottage, a quaint name that is seemingly deceptive, has enchanted visitors with its presence in charming, historic Roswell since 1839. Roswell King lovingly built the home for his daughter. The wedding venue itself is large in size, but offers a very intimate setting, perfect for your spring or summer wedding. Nestled on the edge of a stately front lawn, the three-story home and ballroom are hidden from outside view. Primrose Cottage possesses secret enchanting gardens, luring its guests to a quest of discovery.

Overlooking Vickery Creek, the 25,000 sq. ft deck is the perfect space for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, complete with sofas, park benches, trees, and fairy lights. (2) separate rooms: Vickery Room and Brookside Room which allows for inside Ceremony. Since 1994 we've been a family-owned business. My parents owned and operated a uniform and linen factory that is still in operation today. In 2001, they opened a linen rental business in downtown Chamblee that serviced the most prestigious clients in the Atlanta area. From Turner Field to Bacchanalia we learned the ins and outs of being hospitable to the hospitality industry. In 2016, we sold the business, and in 2017 we renamed the space to Factory Atlanta. We want to work with people who have a vision for their project, their big day, or their milestone event.
