My earliest memories are always centered around picking flowers in my mothers gardens. I would grab one of the glass bottles she collected and play around with any flowers I could find. I am human and understand money does not grow on trees so I try my hardest to work within the client's budget. Each bouquet I create tells a story, each unique beautiful.

“Highly recommend working with Heather at Cullen Creations. I had a very specific image of what I wanted, and Heather patiently worked with me to make it a reality. She had also worked at our venue before (Full Moon Resort), which made the process much simpler. I really appreciated her consideration for our budget, and she had lots of creative ideas for ways to save money while staying true to the vision. Heather was also very open to our DIY ideas, and happily worked with us to incorporate our handmade items (table numbers, signage, etc). Our Hindu ceremony required a large platform and mandap, and Heather was the only vendor we could find in the Catskills who was able to provide one. The wooden frame, handmade by her husband, was exactly what we pictured. Thank you again Heather!!”
