What began as a venture for pretty sentiments for family and friends, grew into what is now The Rising Dough bakery! It brings me so much joy that I get to play even a small role in so many special occasions! Custom cookies are very much a labor of love to me. I was always the “designated family chef” and hosted all of our gatherings. I decided to share my passion for baking with my community. Fluff Gourmet Cotton Candy was born in 2017 from a YouTube black hole. Little did I know that the series of videos about cotton candy would lead to a business that I love! I have been an artist my entire life, and Fluff has given me such a creative outlet.
