Hi, I’m Jane! I’m a Tennessee native who has moved home to share my love of quality baking with my community. After living in New Zealand and traveling to many countries around the world, I learned that the best treats aren't just made with good techniques; they are actually made with the best possible ingredients. I strive to create treats that both look and taste delicious, and I hope I can support you with something to be proud of on your big day!

I’ve travelled the world to learn how to make delicious treats with only the highest quality ingredients. I use organic, ethically sourced, and local products where possible, and never artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. Staples of my baked goods include imported Belgian chocolate, Irish butter, organic cane sugar, and King Arthur flour. I specialize in supporting special diets with treats that actually taste good, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, halal, and kosher.
