Capturing the elegance of a bygone era, the Arts Ballroom is a beautiful setting for life’s feature occasions. Our floor plan boasts a magnificent Grand Ballroom, a signature granite staircase, a mirrored Sylvania Room, and a Lounge & Mezzanine overlooking the full venue. Our customizable 10,000 square foot space lends best to events from 300-550 guests. Located in the Avenue of the Arts District, blocks from City Hall and the Convention Center, the Arts Ballroom is a hidden gem amongst Philadelphia’s most distinguished institutions dedicated to arts, culture, education, and entertainment.

FringeArts is a unique venue in Old City with two versatile spaces that can be rented separately or together, based on the couple’s vision. Most often the spaces are rented together. Our restaurant can seat 80 or host a standing cocktail reception for 150. FringeArts can accommodate up to 200 guests for a seated dinner in their space. The two spaces are separated by a moveable air wall. We can host a ceremony and cocktail hour in the restaurant and in Haas Biergarten right outside, and then open the wall to reveal a dining room space in the FringeArts theater. After dinner, head back out to the main bar and hit up the dance floor, or head outside to Haas Biergarten. Outside we have a bar that is operational May-October, lawn games, fire pits, and a great view of the Ben Franklin Bridge!

HSP can create a personalized experience that will thrill and engage your guests! HSP docents can pull historic documents from their enormous collection and display a curated selection of treasures selected specifically for your event. Guests can view and learn about these documents in The Reading Room, which can also host dinners for up to 60 people. Upstairs, the newly renovated Patterson Room can host up to 150 guests for seated receptions.

Vaux Studio is for any couple who wants to have a more intimate affair. The space allows for you to have a 25 guest ceremony, in this eclectic, minimal atmosphere, not sacrificing style for size. Vaux is the ideal space to say 'I do' in a Midtown village brick stone and then walk (or Trolley) to your favorite center city restaurant for dinner with your loved ones.

Royal Boucherie, Old City’s lively neighborhood bistro, is Philadelphia’s award-winning, hidden gem of a venue. The noted three-bell restaurant from Philadelphia Inquirer’s Craig LaBan boasts a rooftop garden fit for a dreamy ceremony, a second-floor dining space utilized for the reception, curated French-forward food and beverage packages, and much more. The restaurant, located in the heart of Philadelphia’s historic Old City district, serves a French-inspired menu with a focus on house-made charcuterie, raw bar specialties, and classic cocktails. We worked diligently to preserve and enhance the building’s historical charm and integrity. The bi-level space features restored finishes such as original pine flooring dating back to the 1830s, as well as tin ceilings, antique light fixtures, and exposed brick walls.
