“Food is one of the most important parts of a wedding, and La Vera did NOT disappoint. Carl and his team are professionals and go above and beyond to cater to their guests. Holly specifically was one of a kind to work with to make our wedding day spectacular! Her attention to details does not go unnoticed, and strives to make sure all guests are well taken care of. Many of our guests had special food requests and allergies, and the La Vera team under Holly managed them with ease. As the bride, I had one simple request for food on my wedding day, and that was a side of macaroni and cheese. Holly replied “Absolutely!” with no hesitation for this request, even though it isn’t on their menu. When my husband and I entered our reception area and took our seats at our sweetheart table, there was a bowl of macaroni and cheese already waiting for us alongside our salads. La Vera’s food is delicious, it comes out hot and in a timely manner, and so happy we chose them for our food catering! Our guests still talk about how tender their beef was! We will definitely use La-Vera again for our catering needs, I couldn’t recommend them enough!”
