Nestled on 300+ acres, our venue provides breath taking views of the surrounding hillsides. Featuring a large open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, gorgeous natural light, both a bride and groom suites & eye-catching elements. Also, located on the property is a formal outside ceremony space featuring a beautiful stone walkway, patio & pergola. This outside ceremony space overlooks vast farm land and rolling forest. Our open vendor policy allows for the renter to customize the decor, menu, and entertainment as they see best fit. Tables and chairs are included for both outside ceremony and inside for dinner/reception. All of our packages offer a three day rental, DJ services (including completely wireless ceremony), day of management (including garbage removal and stocking/cleaning bathrooms), tear down assistance, and so much more!

The timber frame barn was built in 1905. It is 3,300 square feet and can comfortably seats 200 guests, with plenty of room for dinner and dancing. In 2012-2013, it was renovated to restore its original structure. Wagon wheel chandeliers and a unique bar constructed from French wine barrels and the original barn doors were added. The surrounding farmland offers stunning views and sunsets. We have tables, chairs, white china, flatware, ivory or white linen tablecloths and white napkins, burlap runners, mason jars or water glasses, bridal dressing room, and much more. Faraone Brothers Catering offers wonderful food and service. Alcohol is permitted, with use of certified bartenders and licensed security personnel. The barn is a short drive from multiple hotels and B&B's and it has easy access from I-80, I-79, and PA 376. Pittsburgh is less than an hour away.

The Yellow House is a historic farmhouse built in 1857 that sits on 120 acres of farmland. The house is a regional favorite when our field of sunflowers blooms in late August and early September. Guests can utilize the interior of the farmhouse as well as the expansive grounds.

Irons Mill Farmstead is a beautiful barn and farm venue located in New Wilmington, PA. This family-owned property provides a truly romantic setting for celebrations. Couples and guests are sure to be delighted by Irons Mill Farmstead from the moment they pull into the private drive. Lush green fields are spread in every direction, and the ceremony gardens with an elegant wooden pergola provides an idyllic backdrop for saying "I do". The two-story barn dates back to the 1940s and has been renovated to provide modern amenities such as climate-controlled air conditioning and heating while retaining its authentic rustic charm. Goodell Gardens & Homestead is a botanical garden and arboretum located in beautiful Edinboro, Pennsylvania. We offer a full schedule of educational and cultural events in addition to our private rentals on select dates. We are now accepting reservations for your 2023 & 2024 celebrations! We are currently scheduling tours on Weekends from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Originally built in 1860 along Glen Eden Road, the barn, owned by the estate of Gene and Dee Graham, descendants of early settler of Cranberry Township, Matthew Graham, was slated to be sold as part of a real estate development and eventually torn down. The barn and farmhouse had been in the Graham family since its original construction, but was restored by Gene and Dee in the 1950’s as they started their own dairy farm, Brookvue Acres. For the next half century, the barn was the epicenter of daily life for the Graham family. All six children and numerous farm hands pitched in to help run the dairy. Resigned to spend more time with their grandchildren, the Grahams retired in 1998, happily closing that chapter of their life. Their legacy carries on in Graham Park, a donation of their farmlands to the community, in Cranberry Twp.
