Scratch Bakery began in 2016, as my passion for baking grew into a full time “job.” I enjoy working with my clients to create the perfect treats for their occasions. My main focus is taste, taste, taste - using quality ingredients and made all from scratch. If something looks wonderful, but doesn’t taste good, I do not use it. Part of the reason I began baking and decorating was due to unmet expectations. I don’t ever want my clients to feel as though they didn’t receive what they were hoping for.

Cleveland native Dave Southerington started Sweet! The Mobile Cupcakery in May of 2011 and Dave and his team have been “bringing cupcakes to a street corner near you” ever since. You will find the Sweet! Food Truck Fleet in and around Northeast, Ohio at various festivals, holiday events, and food truck roundups from mid-spring to early fall every year. And now, Sweet! The Mobile Cupcakery has a traditional “brick and mortar” storefront 1983 W. 28th Street in the heart of Ohio City! Cupcakes can be purchased from the shop or from the cupcake trucks in Cleveland at one of the various venues that Sweet! The Mobile Cupcakery frequents.

I specialize in cupcakes and small cakes with classic flavors and exciting twists. I work with American Buttercream, Swiss Buttercream, and Italian Buttercream, but I don’t do fondant. I’m located in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio, and I offer delivery!

Gailz Goodiez has catered over 50 weddings with delicious cake pops! With over 30 flavors to choose from, they will certainly please all of your guests. Gluten-free, Vegan, Keto, nut-free and sugar free are all available. Each cake pop comes individually wrapped and tied with either a twisty or a colored ribbon ($1 more per dozen). They are baked and decorated to order and are sold by the dozen. Cookies and other goodies are also available. This is a home based business and all products are home produced under the Ohio Cottage Law.

Any Way You Ice It was founded by the imagination of my mother, Janene Housley, and I. I grew up around the creation of wedding cakes by my mom. From the baking to the delivery, I was always intrigued. I attended the International Culinary Arts and Sciences Institute. I graduated top of my class with a two-year degree, a diploma and a Pastry Chef title. I suit the traditional and the modern bride’s needs …if you can dream it I will make it! Chef Gina’s Bakeshop specializes in creating cakes, pastries, and other delightful desserts. She is thrilled to work with soon-to-be newlyweds to design a cake that reflects their tastes. Couples can schedule a consultation and tasting to sample flavors before deciding on their favorite. From tiered to sheet cakes, macarons to tarts, she is happy to create a custom design exclusively for each couple.
