We are the Boswell family. Wolf Run Acres is concept that came about after hosting our daughters weddings and struggling to find the country setting they wanted. After hosting one on this site under a tent we rented, we decided this is a beautiful setting for a wedding venue. We wanted to give our guests a beautiful dream country wedding, but design it to be more industrial and modern and less rustic than comparable venues. Our hope is to give each couple, a unique, beautiful setting while ensuring they have the wedding of their dreams. We work with each couple from the time we meet them through their day, making sure we meet all their needs and coordinating with their vendors to ensure they have as stress free and enjoyable day as possible.

I was the student who had no idea what she wanted to do after High School. As my peers were applying to college with a clear career path in mind, I struggled to choose just one route. I could see myself in so many roles, and yet none of them fit JUST right. In 2011, my son was born and a new path appeared on my map: Motherhood. This role took over and nothing else mattered. The year progressed and my son grew, and grew and grew some more. I bought my first DSLR to document that rapidly growing boy of mine. It wasn't long before those peers from high school came to me to document their lives as well, and my career path was finally chosen.

They talked about their 3 children growing up on the property, and reminisced on how so many milestones were celebrated. With all their kids growing up, they talked about them finding love and how wonderful it would be to see them married on the property where they shared so many memories. Kevin quickly grabbed a napkin and feverishly started scribbling sketches of a large lodge that could hold all of their friends and family, celebrating the futures of their children. In true Claus fashion, they did not let this vision pass them by, and got to working on the lodge right away.
