I've been a layman preacher at 5 different churches in Chicago & just moved to the Greater Springfield area in 2026. I serve any destination you want- Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, & Illinois more specifically. My wife is also a wedding photographer: Alina Alexandra Photography My sermon to you & your guests at the wedding will be Christ-centered with a focus on unity, one-ness, & a covenant you two will embark on as you lead your future family until death do you part. Or until Jesus comes back beforehand.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a wedding officiated by a young gentleman who is clearly stepping into his calling with both confidence and authenticity. From the moment he began, it was evident that he has a natural ability to connect with people. His presence was warm, engaging, and genuinely uplifting. What stood out most was his balance of humor and sincerity. He brought a lighthearted, relatable tone to the ceremony that kept everyone smiling, while still honoring the depth and significance of the moment. His words felt personal rather than scripted, which made the entire experience more meaningful for the couple and their guests. He also demonstrated a strong Christ-centered foundation, weaving real-life experiences into his message in a way that was both inspiring and easy to understand. His sermon didn’t feel distant or overly formal—it felt real, grounded, and applicable to everyday life. Overall, he is not only an efficient and capable officiant, but someone who brings heart, joy, and authenticity to every ceremony he leads. I would highly recommend him to any couple looking for someone who can make their special day both memorable and deeply meaningful.

Marry Me Meg
Rating: 5.0 (4 reviews)
  • Offers 7 ceremony types
  • Starts at $25
  • Serves Portia, AR for additional fees

In 2019, my daughter’s best friend was getting married. We showed up to rehearsal to assist with preparations only to be met with panic. Her mother & sisters were frantically looking for an officiant. Why? The pastor overbooked himself and backed out… right before the rehearsal! I jumped into the search but we all came up empty-handed. The rest is history! Beyond booking concerns of having limited officiants available to perform services during the busy seasons, there seems to be a great amount of judgement at play when your traditional officiants won’t perform a marriage ceremony. This is not something you have to worry about with me.

I used Marry Me Meg to officiate our wedding. She absolutely exceeded our expectations! I wanted a simple ceremony, shirt and sweet and to the point, with just a hint of religion but nothing over the top. She sent me several examples of previous weddings she had done plus some ideas from online sources. We got to perfectly tailor our ceremony to be exactly what we wanted it to be, and it was perfection! Meg was easy to communicate with, punctual in timing, and came fully professional and ready to go! I cannot recommend her enough!
