The Tavares Pavilion On The Lake was an incredible venue for our wedding. The Pavilion had fast response times and did not mind my billions of questions - they answered them all! They even had a bunch of patience awaiting my responses back to them. The venue is very spacious and worth every penny. They lit the outside of their building up as pink for me with no extra charge, which made for such a special touch. The Tavares Pavilion On The Lake truly gave us the most unforgettable day!

Lee was an incredible venue coordinator and was so great with working with us to ensure all of the unique elements of our big day were addressed and executed flawlessly. I feel very fortunate that we were able to celebrate our wedding at such a beautiful venue. The setting was truly stunning, and leading up to the big day, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They made the planning process smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. Additionally, the list of recommended vendors they provided was absolutely fantastic. I have to give special thanks to Four Rivers Barbecue, Cocktails Catering, and Kaleidoscope Lighting, all of whom made the actual event so easy and seamless. Their services truly elevated our day and helped everything run smoothly. However, my experience on the actual wedding day was unfortunately not as positive. From the moment my bridesmaids and I arrived, the venue attendants were unwelcoming and made us feel as though we were an inconvenience. There was no greeting, no introductions, and no effort to make us feel comfortable, which was especially upsetting on what was supposed to be one of the happiest and most important days of my life. Additionally, there were issues with museum guests still being present less than an hour before our event began, and we had to ask multiple times for them to leave. This should have been handled by the staff, as it added unnecessary stress to the already hectic pre-wedding preparations. At the end of the night, the venue attendants started telling our guests that they needed to leave in 20 minutes, which was perfectly reasonable. However, they failed to inform me, my bridal party, or the groom about this timing, which created confusion and made the event's conclusion feel rushed. While I didn’t use a coordinator because I felt confident in my planning abilities, I would have appreciated receiving the same time warning that was given to a few of my guests. It would have helped us to better manage the end of the event. To make matters worse, as we were breaking down, the attendants were rude to both myself and my guests, which was extremely disappointing. There is definitely a way to be firm yet kind, but that wasn’t the approach we received. Overall, while the venue itself was beautiful and all of the staff were great leading up to the day, the attitude and behavior of the venue attendants on the wedding day really left a negative impression. I hope they can address these issues for future couples, as it detracted from what should have been a perfect day.

We are still blown away by how perfect everything turned out. From the moment we walked in, the space felt warm, modern, and elegant. The staff was incredibly accommodating—making sure the champagne toast was flawlessly timed. We rented out the Third Floor, which offered a gorgeous panoramic view and had plenty of room for our 80 guests to mingle comfortably. The lighting and décor were tasteful and made it easy to personalize without needing to over-decorate. Catering was handled in-house, and the food was surprisingly great. The bartenders were friendly, quick, and knew how to keep the vibe going. All in all, Eola View delivered above and beyond our expectations. I’d absolutely book here again!

February 12, 2022 was the wedding of my youngest daughter at Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. The venue was beautiful when we were choosing a venue, but the night of the wedding it surpassed all our expectations. As it is important to have a great venue, it is just as important to have a team of people to make the whole experience great. We were so fortunate to work with Laura Segal and Kelsie Taylor and their entire Dr. Phillips team. We cannot praise them enough for helping make my daughter's wedding a very magical and beautiful life event that will always be remembered. Everything was just done with class and they accommodated all our wishes. Our guests were blown away with the venue, from entering the building to the sensational rooftop to the magical Devos room. You must have the large windows open as it is just amazing, like nothing we have seen and we were blown away. On the night of the wedding, Laura oversaw everything to ensure all went as planned and it did with flying colors. I also want to note that the server staff were amazing and my guests made many comments praising them for their professionalism and for being so personable. I also want to note that I was a very detailed and involved parent with the planning and wanted the best possible wedding for our children. Laura and Kelsie were patient and very accommodating to our requests and only wanted us to have a great wedding. My wife and I, and the groom's parents were just so happy with how the wedding went and are thankful to all for making it a day to remember, especially for my daughter and her husband.. Again, Many Thanks to all at the Dr. Phillips Center. To all reading this review and recommendation, Do not hesitate to have your special event, wedding or other, at this venue!!

What an amazing day we had at this stunning venue, it really works due to the flow from ceremony to evening reception. If you’re considering choosing Villa Tuscany for your wedding venue trust me you won’t be disappointed. Our wedding was better than we ever imagined. The Italianate mansion is truly spectacular inside and out. Our guests found the venue magical, they were very impressed! We got married on April 26, 2025, and could not have chosen a better venue! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how gorgeous the property was! It truly feels like you're not in Florida. The setting created such a magical backdrop for both our ceremony and reception. My mom suggested this venue. It was one of the last venues we toured. I was feeling discouraged because many other venues make you use their vendors, and the time is limited for the wedding day. Having access to the venue for the entire day made our wedding so much smoother and less stressful. We were able to take our time, enjoy every moment, and not feel rushed. The reception space was beautiful and spacious. There were plenty of bathrooms (a small but important detail!), and everything was clean and well-maintained. One of the biggest perks was being able to use our own vendors, which gave us so much freedom to personalize our day exactly how we envisioned it. There are Airbnbs nearby for guests who want a more private stay, as well as hotels in Clermont and Howey-in-the-Hills, so it was very convenient for everyone. We truly loved this wedding venue and highly recommend it to any couple looking for a beautiful, flexible, and stress-free place to get married!

The barn wood became the roof of our outdoor reception space and the backdrop for our sweetheart table. The barn doors became our beautiful entry arch to our outdoor ceremony space, and our farmhouse-style tables and log benches are all made with wood from the property for a very rustic and connected feel.
