As a catering vendor, we have worked in numerous venues and, we appreciate that Black Swan Venue allows ample time to access the building for set up and break down. Black Swan Venue is one of the best, and an excellent choice for any wedding. The staff always ensures great communication with couples throughout the planning process, quickly addressing any questions or concerns they may have. The venue itself is in a convenient location in downtown Lakeland, and has a spacious ballroom with a kitchenette we are able to stage in. The staff always goes above and beyond, paying special attention to the bride and groom. We are honored to work with them and would highly recommend Black Swan Venue for every couple's wedding day.

Haus 820 is a historic architectural building, featuring wall-to-wall whitewashed brick walls, large warehouse windows and black industrial finishes; a perfect balance of vintage and modern. Originally built in 1924, our Haus was formerly an A&P grocery store. The refurbished 7,500 square foot space has a white interior full of natural light. With 22-foot open rafter ceilings, charcoal-stained and sealed cement floors, and an expansive footprint that will seat up to 500 seated guests, Haus 820 is a fully renovated historic warehouse and the premier event venue in Central Florida.
