I am Kristen Crenshaw and the face of KC Studio. I am a mother to two wild & crazy boys. Between raising my boys and running my business, I have a little farm! I have been in the business since October 2011 and it is something I am so passionate about. I am a wedding and portrait photographer based in the Triad of NC but I serve all surrounding cities and travel world wide. Starting piano lessons at the age of four, Steve quickly developed a knack for music. During high school, he trained privately under the renowned NC School of the Arts music professor, Dr. Clifton Matthews. He can play with printed music, but prefers to play by ear, utilizing his unique ability to play any song he’s heard, and easily taking requests, often on the spot. Steve has performed with a variety of bands and duos along the East Coast, but likes to focus primarily on solo performances for wedding ceremonies, cocktail hours, dinner parties, and other elegant events.

Bethany Lancaster is a performer, teacher, and collaborator based in the Piedmont Triad. She runs Lune River Harp Studio, which seeks to instill an admiration for the musical arts, inspire students to reach their full potential, and create lasting memories with each performance. Known for her passionate and masterful performances, Bethany plays regularly as a soloist and ensemble member. She has dedicated herself to learning the harp so that she can help others experience its beauty, and to this end, she received her Masters of Music in Harp Performance from the University of Michigan.

I believe in real moments and chasing sunsets. In the kinds of images that remind you of the joy that can be found in the simplest of moments together. I began capturing at the age of 20 when I discovered that a nursing degree was not in my path. I did a full 360 degrees my second year at East Carolina University. The countless hours and art projects to obtain a Bachelors of Fine Art focusing in photography made me really observe the beauty in the world, and the people around me. I was really seeing that no matter how small the detail is it is important.

I began what I call my "Labour of Love" in 2005 on the pristine Gulf Coast of Florida. I would meet couples on the beach at sunset and officiate their ceremony. In 2014, my husband and I moved to the lush and beautiful state of North Carolina, which I happily call home. Since then, I have presided over hundreds of weddings on mountaintops, Farms, Barns, Country Clubs, Estate Homes, Botanical Gardens, and more. I believe that your ceremony should be both sacred and celebratory and one that incorporates your beliefs and values and creates a ceremony infused with love and joy, but most of all - Uniquely Yours.
