With a sizeable contingent of my family having celiac disease, and being gluten and dairy intolerant myself, I wanted to find a meal that was majority restriction-diet friendly without non-restricted guests noticing. NOMADA's menu was perfect for our crowd - the passed apps, mobile kitchen taco bar, and all the fixings, sides, and beverages were all gluten and dairy free, and no one with celiac got sick. In addition, our venue did not have a kitchen, so their mobile outdoor kitchen set-up meant we had fresh, hot tortillas and tacos, instead of food cooked offside and reheated right before service.
It was a smash hit - Guests went back for seconds and thirds. Salsas ranged from mild to medium spiciness, but were all so flavorful they didn't need to be spicier, and the yellow salsa especially was the talk of the night. The service, presentation, taste, and everything was perfect; at least two friends who attended the wedding are planning to use them for future events they were so impressed. The appetizer meatballs - a can't miss.”
