Hello. My name is Amy Nicole and I am the girl under the Blue Umbrella and the face behind the cloud of flour and sugar. I fell into baking almost by accident after wanting to step away from my office job to find something more fulfilling. I started as a cake decorator in 2014 and transitioned into a bakery manager position before making the leap to business owner. The Blue Umbrella opened in 2018 and it has been an amazing adventure ever since.

At Baked with Grace, I create handcrafted buttercream floral cupcakes, custom sugar cookies, and elegant wedding desserts that are as beautiful as they are delicious. Each treat is baked from scratch and piped with love, perfect for garden parties, elegant receptions, or rustic celebrations. Based in Iowa, I serve Cedar Rapids, Anamosa, and surrounding areas with delivery and event setup available. My desserts are designed to make your wedding day sweeter, more personal, and truly unforgettable.

After an enchanting wedding in Paris, at roughly 40,000 feet in the air, the idea for Frost 321 was born. Founded by a practicing health attorney, Frost 321 is named to reflect the revolutionary process of freezing at -321 degrees Fahrenheit. Frost 321 creates the best-tasting ice creams, sorbets, and cocktails in the most enchanting way possible. Not only is the taste impeccable, but the experience is unforgettable.
