Built in the historic era of the roaring twenties, The Treasury has long been associated with the banking and financial industry. RSVP is a dream come true for owner, Nellie Mun, who has always loved hosting gatherings. Her home is always open to family, friends and dinners with clients for her wedding coordinating company, Pleasant Surprise Events. Owning a venue is just an extension of what she already loves doing. In May of 2014, she and her husband rented this cute space to host a graduation party for their son and his friends. She walked into the same space in January of 2017 and struck up a conversation with the store owner who revealed that she would be moving. The seed that was planted then has sprouted into the venue it is today. This little space is the perfect spot for your private event. Being a part of the amazing Downtown Fullerton community and supporting fellow small businesses is a gift and a privilege for Nellie. This space can accommodate large and small weddings using hall separators for more intimate gatherings. Customize the space to fit what you imagine for your dream wedding. Our intimate 1837 Village Chapel, charming outdoor Village Green with picturesque Gazebo, or newly-restored 1837 Niles-Barnard House await your special day. Most wedding packages include time for a rehearsal prior to your wedding and access to all of the historic buildings on the day of your event. Rental packages include time to decorate, assemble guests, take photographs, and remove decorations. If needed, additional time may be purchased.
