Awarded Best of Zola
Something Borrowed Blooms provided the most lifelike and luxurious floral arrangements for our wedding day. The bouquets, ceremony pieces and boutonnieres were all incredibly realistic and high quality, with vibrant colors and lush textures that exceeded our expectations. In fact, as my husband and I were taking photos in a park, a bee even tried to pollinate my bouquet, drawn to its beauty and realism. Getting the boxes to the venue did require a bit of coordination, but with a little help from friends we were able to easily box them up the day after the wedding and ship them off via FedEx. We saved easily 2,000 thanks to Something Borrowed and you would never know the flowers were fake.

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers
Rating: 4.9 (78 reviews)
Oklahoma City, OK
  • Starts at $350

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Our flowers turned out AMAZING with flower moxie! It was so fun to be able to spend the days before prepping the flowers with my family and friends, and they truly turned out so beautifully. Alexa and the customer service team went above and beyond to help in answering all my questions. I’m so grateful to have found them!

Woodland Floral Design Co.
Rating: 5.0 (77 reviews)
Biglerville, PA

Proud Cat & Dog Mom // Your New Wedding Vendor BFF It’s never been just about pretty flowers to me. I started out in social work because I wanted to serve and connect with others. I first entered the floral design world as an intern in 2016 and noticed a lack of originality in designs and a need for more connection between the florist and the couple. When I started WFD in 2019, I decided to prioritize both artistic designs and building long-term relationships with each couple. Planning my own wedding in 2021 gave me an even deeper appreciation for the importance of receiving creative expertise and genuine support from wedding vendors.

Misha was an absolute dream to work with while planning our wedding. From our very first meeting, she was kind, caring, and incredibly intuitive - she fully understood my vision from the start, even when I struggled to articulate my thoughts. Misha is extremely organized and thorough; we met several times to discuss vision changes and updates throughout the year. She has such a gentle, grounding energy that makes the whole planning process feel calm. When you work with Misha, you feel as though you are her only and top priority. Her love for the couple is palpable- you will never feel like you are just another client. She cares in a way that is genuine and effortless and is truly the salt of the earth. Misha's work is just as incredible as she is. She is a genuine artist doing exactly what she was made to do. The florals she created for us were absolutely beautiful, beyond anything I could’ve imagined. Guests were complimenting how beautiful they were all night! She was able to locally source my favorite flower and create the dreamiest, rich in color, fall arrangements. I am so infinitely grateful to have had Misha flower my wedding!

AoP was incredible. Our wedding day was nothing short of magical due to this florist. I did not cry all day until the flowers showed up to our vendor because of their perfection and beauty. Regan understood our vision and color scheme right away and helped us stay on budget, by making the money count where it mattered as far as personal bouquets and even repurposing the bridesmaids' bouquets as center pieces. I found a bunch of antique store swan vases and Regan helped me incorporate them into the wedding as swan bud vases at no extra cost. HIGHLY recommend her. Look no further!

The granddaughter of two gardeners, I have always felt a connection to the earth through the soil. When someone brings flowers into a room, something changes...an energy, an excitement! I love being able to bring that kind of beauty into peoples lives. I'm a small-town girl who enjoys anything that involves working with my hands from cooking to knitting. I'm a total animal lover (partial to dogs), a die-hard Grey's Anatomy fan, and I take my martinis extra dirty. When I'm not flowering in our studio in Milford, Connecticut, I'm mommin' to three amazing little boys (our dog Pippa and cat, Galaxy).

When I first saw my wedding bouquet I was speechless! It was nothing like any other bouquet I had seen in the absolute best way! The flowers were gorgeous, vibrant, and truly unique, just like I wanted! Kate has such a keen ability to take inspiration photos, run with them, and create something incredibly gorgeous and in line with my vision. The florals she designed brought a lovely pop of color to our reception and pulled the natural look from the landscape into the space exactly like I envisioned. From little details like "snap-bracelet" corsages for the moms to a color-coordinating ribbon on the boutonnieres, Kate totally knocked it out of the park!

We booked Flowers for Dreams for our wedding and they were amazing! Out of 3 quotes we received, they were the most reasonable price. We worked with Mae who was amazing! As a type A bride, I had changed my mind quite a bit and she was always so patient and willing to adjust the proposal. When we went to view our sample, there were even changes I wanted to make to that and she reassured me that the florals would be exactly what I wanted, and they were even better than I expected! We also did greenery, light bulbs, and drapery on the ceiling which she was very encouraging about. Our wedding was lakefront, and another vendor told me we could not do a runner due to the wind. When I asked Mae if we could do a runner, she said of course!! Everything we asked was received with enthusiasm. It was truly all so beautiful and Mae completely understood the vibe we were going to. Just blown away! I would rebook them and recommend them to everyone I know

Jen was AMAZING to work with! When it came to flowers for my wedding, I had NO IDEA what I wanted. She was very patient with me and helped talk me through my vision. She gave me flowers to pick from, talked about how big I wanted my bouquet and how much greenery I wanted, and then when I could find colors I liked in swatches, she color-matched the colors I wanted from an inspo pic I found online! She was very professional and patient with me, even when my plans changed or I needed to add to my order.  I am not the best at putting together a bouquet. I am also someone who likes control, especially when it came to planning my wedding. I was thankful that I was able to give Jen the reins, tell her what I wanted, and watch her make my dreams come true. When I first saw my flowers, I was speechless. She truly did make my floral dreams come true, and now I get to keep my bouquet for the rest of my life! A wooden flower bouquet from Jen is the way to go!

My original venue canceled our wedding, and I was completely panicking, trying to replan everything. Sofya not only reassured me that she’d still be there, she actually jumped in to help, even recommending a few vendors (including the venue I ended up choosing!). She stuck by me through a full change of venue and wedding date, and handled it so well. Her flowers were stunning, and I’m grateful for her calm presence during such a stressful time. Upon seeing pictures of Heather's work, I knew I had to have this woman be the florist for the big day. It was just extra luck that Heather also happens to be a decorator! Heather is on top of everything and very organized. We went over details big and small, things I hadn't even considered. She was familiar with my venue and knew just how to utilize her decorating skills - with beautiful drapery over the beams, gorgeous greenery down the tables and bud vases filled with vibrant flowers. She brought my vision to life and was excited with me the whole way planning it. Heather was great keeping me on task with things to do leading up to the big day so I wasn't scrambling. She followed up with many emails from me regarding small random questions. Our wedding was stunning and it felt great knowing someone was handling the decor while my loved ones and I focused on each other. The florals were truly breathtaking - my bridal bouquet was a dream come true. It was popping with all sorts of colors, fun texture, and gorgeous shape - it was my inspiration pictures but better! The arrangements at the ceremony and on the arbor were equally as stunning and guests were raving about them. I can't say enough great things about Heather - her organization, her clear expertise in florals and arrangements, and tasteful decor all created an extraordinary day. Highly recommend!

Hello, I’m Julia, owner of Ruby Rivers Floral, named after my oldest of four children, and only daughter. I am incredibly excited for your day! Making artwork with flowers to celebrate love has been bringing me so much joy for years, and truly feels like more than a dream come true. My favorite part about my company is being able to connect with couples and help them bring their vision to life with expressing the beauty of who they are in florals! Reach out to me through my website or Instagram. I can’t wait to chat!

Working with Julia was the best choice we could have ever made for our 20 year vow renewal event. She was so sweet, thoughtful and caring in helping us, not only in creating the most gorgeous floral decor, but with her support and encouragement in making our entire vision come together. She is truly one of the kindest people I’ve ever met and made us feel so special through the whole process. And the FLORALS were just outrageously beautiful. Julia selected various wildflowers and roses after ok’ing having that creative license to match my dress and our overall vision and I couldn’t have been happier. I enjoyed all of the little surprises and special details that Julia included and just felt so cared for. Our vow renewal day with Ruby Rivers and Julia couldn’t have been more perfect and we might plan another vow renewal soon just so we can enjoy working with Julia again! She is truly a magic maker and we could not have been happier - truly a one-in-a-million dream experience.

I would 100% recommend Laura to any couple looking for a florist who is talented, reliable, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She played such a huge role in making our wedding day absolutely perfect!

          Gettysburg, PA
          • Starts at $1,500

My earliest memories are always centered around picking flowers in my mothers gardens. I would grab one of the glass bottles she collected and play around with any flowers I could find. Flower design is my passion. My shop is located in our 150 year old barn that in itself is full of character. I try to be a vendor who is easy and fun to work with. I am human and understand money does not grow on trees so I try my hardest to work within the client's budget. Each bouquet I create tells a story, each unique beautiful.

Tiara and all of the fiddlestix crew are absolutely amazing!! She was one of the first venders we booked for our wedding since I knew I couldn’t do my wedding without her! She is extremely personable, professional and easy to work with, she truly makes her clients feel like family. She also did day of coordinating as well, which was such a blessing to have her there to help everything run smoothly and also to help plan details leading up to the wedding. She went above and beyond! She handled everything so we did not have to worry on our wedding day! She truly does amazing work with all the florals/ decorating/coordinating, and you can tell she truly loves what she does!

My wedding was made extra beautiful all thanks to these wonderful ladies! I really appreciated the transparency of pricing, especially when a lot of other wedding vendors during this already stressful time were keeping that important detail so hush hush until I had already sent 10 emails back and forth. They’re completely affordable if you’re on a budget but if you have a little extra money to spend on flowers, give it all to these girls and go all out. They will make your dreams come true and more, and it’s worth every penny, I promise.

            About wedding florists

How much do wedding bouquets cost?

Wedding bouquets vary in cost by bouquet size, quantity and density of blooms, season, and flower type. Your wedding location and cost of living will also have an impact. In general, you can expect to pay $200–$400 for a larger main bouquet, and $100–$250 for smaller wedding party bouquets. Communicate openly with your florist about your budget and vision—colors and inspirational photos are often more helpful to your florist than specific types of flowers.

How can we save money on our wedding flowers?

Couples are often surprised by the amount of their budget spent on wedding flowers. Labor and variable wholesale costs add up quickly! To save, avoid anything that needs to be installed day-of and stick to “wear and carry.” This means the florist simply drops off the arrangements (bouquets, boutineers, centerpieces, etc.) at your venue for you to place yourselves. Something like a ceremony arch, by contrast, requires multiple people to set up and take down on site, often with a service charge of up to 40%. Talk openly with your florist about the look you want to achieve, rather than specific flowers you want. They can suggest flower species and options to make your vision happen in a way that fits your budget.
