We create a custom menu to place on the cake bar that we bring to your event. Each guest then comes up and tells us their favorite combination, we make it and serve it to them in a cute martini glass and off they go to enjoy their very own Caketini Creation. Hi, My name is Regina Noble. I’m a wife and mother of 3 young men. I’m also a Native Texan! I was born and raised in the small town of Mexia, TX (pronounced muh·hei·uh). While I have baked all of my life, dessert artistry has been a more recently discovered talent. After several years of major depression I began to use cookie decorating and later cake design as therapy. I found this therapeutic hobby brought much joy to family and friends. A natural progression of this fun and delicious hobby was to turn it into a business. As of 2021 Noble Delights Bakery has been in business for 5 delightfully delicious years.

Your choice of cart, tent or booth is included in the item price. We never charge service fees and gratuity is optional. Each set-up is designed with our client and based on your theme and colors. Delivery, set-up, staff, basic decorations, napkins, wet-naps, condiments, removal and clean up are included.
