“My husband and I worked with Elena for our wedding for my bouquet, his boutonniere, 2 MOH bouquets, 4 floral displays. Her floral arrangements blew me away. I gave a photo or two of inspiration, she delivered the most stunning, unique, creative displays I could not take my eyes off of them. The bursts of colors, the different types of flowers, it popped and all worked so well. I was very specific about my bouquet and she delivered exactly what I wanted. Elena is a clear communicator, she asks the right questions, she's really great and easy to work with.”

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers
Rating: 4.9 (104 reviews)
Oklahoma City, OK
  • Starts at $350

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
“My husband and I were nervous about doing our own flowers, but Flower Moxie made the whole process feel manageable. The team was easy to talk to and really listened to what we wanted, never making us feel rushed or judged for our DIY approach. They broke down everything into simple steps and provided gorgeous blooms that looked like they came from a high-end florist, but at a price that actually fit our budget. On the day of the wedding, our arrangements turned out beautiful and our guests kept asking who our florist was. We were so proud that we'd created them ourselves with Flower Moxie's guidance. If you're thinking about doing your own flowers, I'd definitely recommend giving them a shot.”

“We are so grateful that we had the opportunity to partner with Melissa from Valleygreen Flowers & Gifts for our wedding florals at The Valley Green Inn! The entire process from start to finish was seamless and professional, and our flowers turned out more gorgeous than I could have possibly imagined! Everything was so perfect, I cried when I first held my bridal bouquet on our wedding day. We initially contacted Melissa only 6 weeks before our wedding (which was pretty last-minute). After chatting on the phone, we sent her some Pinterest boards with more details about our style and vision. Within 24 hours, Melissa sent a very thorough itemized proposal with the exact flowers and items for us to confirm within our wishlist and budget range, such as bouquets, corsages/boutonnieres, the flower girl basket, the ceremony arch, table centerpieces, and wedding cake florals. The whole proposal signing and decision-making process was super smooth and easy. Something I thought was really unique is that they were able to repurpose our ceremony arch into our sweetheart table decor in order to reduce the cost, as well as repurpose the flowers in a sustainable way. We really didn’t need much additional decor for our wedding because the flowers brought everything to life within the venue space. On the day of our wedding, Valleygreen Flowers & Gifts delivered and installed all of our floral arrangements before we arrived, taking care of all of those details behind the scenes seamlessly. Do yourself a favor and reach out to Valleygreen Flowers & Gifts if you are looking for a fully custom, collaborative, and seamless wedding florist experience!”

Portland, OR
  • Starts at $1,800

At Kvetka Flower, we believe wedding flowers should feel like a work of art — a living reflection of your love story. Founded by Mary and her husband after moving from Belarus to Portland in 2023, Kvetka blends European garden traditions, Slavic floral motifs, and nature's beauty into every design. We specialize in natural, garden-style arrangements with soft tones. Think loose bouquets with wildflowers and grasses, whimsical ceremony installations, and centerpieces that look gathered from a secret garden. We work with seasonal blooms, muted palettes, and romantic untamed beauty.

Awarded Best of Zola
“Working with Mary (and Nick!) for the flowers for my wedding was a great experience. You can tell from the photos on the Kvetka website and socials that Mary is extremely talented and has an incredible eye for texture and form. My main goal with the florals was to create a high end feel within a reasonable price range and Kvetka Flower absolutely delivered on that. We received many compliments from friends and family on the flowers and people got to take home little bouquets at the end! Throughout the process Kvetka was able to adapt to some changes and additions that I requested as well. For reference in the photos, we requested medium arrangements for the round tables with an "airy" feel (as opposed to a fuller arrangement in a different vessel) and bud vase runners for the rectangular tables. They also created large arrangements for the seating chart, welcome sign, and ceremony area (which were then moved to the head table in front of us for the reception)! They also provided petals and baskets for our flower grannies :') Overall I can't thank Kvetka Flower enough, and highly recommend this business to anyone looking for flowers for any occasion.”

Woodland Floral Design Co.
Rating: 5.0 (78 reviews)
Biglerville, PA

Proud Cat & Dog Mom // Your New Wedding Vendor BFF It’s never been just about pretty flowers to me. I started out in social work because I wanted to serve and connect with others. I first entered the floral design world as an intern in 2016 and noticed a lack of originality in designs and a need for more connection between the florist and the couple. When I started WFD in 2019, I decided to prioritize both artistic designs and building long-term relationships with each couple. Planning my own wedding in 2021 gave me an even deeper appreciation for the importance of receiving creative expertise and genuine support from wedding vendors.

We hired Misha, looking for a colorful, maximalist wedding, and boy, did she deliver. She took my Pinterest boards and our guidance and gave us florals beyond our wildest dreams. Along the wa,y she was so kind and thoughtful, always asking how wedding planning was going and genuinely listening to the answer (even if it wasn't "it's going amazing").”

When it came to my mock creation, we had three different centerpiece designs, Karen (the designer) was there to help tweak the flowers to look exactly how we wanted it to! The work was stunning. Our photographer was happy that we went with Four Seasons because he knew the flowers would look good and have water for the hot summer day. I guess some florist's flowers do not survive long enough for the photos, while ours were gorgeous the whole day. Their team set up and delivered my flowers smoothly all day. Not one point did I ever question if the flowers were going to be there on time. They were also very friendly. I highly recommend using them!”

We handle everything from personal flowers and centerpieces to ceremony installations, reception décor, styling, setup, repurposing, and breakdown. Our goal is to make the whole space feel connected, not like a bunch of separate floral pieces. We love taking a couple’s ideas, Pinterest boards, random screenshots, and “I don’t really know how to explain it” moments and turning them into something that actually feels like them.

“The Floral Eden brought our wedding vision to life in ways we didn't even expect. From our first conversation, the team responded to every question and concern right away, and they truly understood what we wanted for our big day. They created the most stunning centerpieces that sat on each table, and candles were placed throughout the venue to set the perfect mood. When we walked into our reception, the combination of florals and candlelight made everything feel absolutely magical and romantic. The quality of their work was exceptional, and we felt like we got incredible value for what they delivered. We can't recommend The Floral Eden highly enough to any couple planning their wedding.”

“EverWild truly acted as our knight in shining armor during my wedding. My fiancé and I had talked to many florists during our engagement and each one had told us our budget of 2,000 was not manageable and we would need to double to work with them. Everyone on the EverWild team was transparent about what to expect, worked with us on the flowers and color scheme, and fit nearly EVERY item we wanted into our plan. It was a smooth process from start to finish and even after our wedding day gave us so much love and support. One of the best decisions we made for our day!”

    About wedding florists

How much do wedding bouquets cost?

Wedding bouquets vary in cost by bouquet size, quantity and density of blooms, season, and flower type. Your wedding location and cost of living will also have an impact. In general, you can expect to pay $200–$400 for a larger main bouquet, and $100–$250 for smaller wedding party bouquets. Communicate openly with your florist about your budget and vision—colors and inspirational photos are often more helpful to your florist than specific types of flowers.

How can we save money on our wedding flowers?

Couples are often surprised by the amount of their budget spent on wedding flowers. Labor and variable wholesale costs add up quickly! To save, avoid anything that needs to be installed day-of and stick to “wear and carry.” This means the florist simply drops off the arrangements (bouquets, boutineers, centerpieces, etc.) at your venue for you to place yourselves. Something like a ceremony arch, by contrast, requires multiple people to set up and take down on site, often with a service charge of up to 40%. Talk openly with your florist about the look you want to achieve, rather than specific flowers you want. They can suggest flower species and options to make your vision happen in a way that fits your budget.
