“My husband and I got married in September in Providence, RI. I knew I wanted a photographer that was bright and colorful because of the venue and vibe of the day. I was nervous I wasn’t going to be able to find someone and would need to settle because I planned our wedding in 4 months. The original photographer I reached out to was not available and gave me Maria’s information. I was excited that she had the availability on such short notice, but once we had our first call with her I knew we had made the right decision and the day was going to be a blast. Communication up to our wedding was precise and clear. When the day came, it felt like we had known Maria and Jackson our entire lives. It was like hanging out with some of our closest friends. They made sure we got all the shots that we wanted, but also still enjoyed every second of the day. We did do a first look so it helped with picture timing but what was considered our cocktail hour (the entire night was cocktail style) they followed us around and took candida and groups when necessary. It was perfect. Not once did we feel like we had taken too many pictures. We got married on a rooftop but they also made sure that we had shots in the city streets and a large variety of locations. When we got our sneak peaks I was truly speechless (and ugly crying). I was absolutely blown away by how PERFECTLY they had captured our day. You could feel the joy radiating from the photos and the colors and clarity was unbelievable. I am still speechless and in awe of how amazing our pictures came out. Our day was absolutely perfect but Maria and Jackson for sure made it memorable with the most breathtaking pictures. They truly tell a story and how fun the entire night was. I look at the photos constantly and I don’t foresee that stopping anytime soon. We get SO many compliments from people about how beautiful they are and everyone asks who the photographer was. I 100000% recommend MTD Photo. Hands down one of the best decisions we could’ve made for the day.”

“Katya's work is fantastic. We were originally not planning to hire a videographer for our day and we are SO glad that we did. Katya captured moments and emotion that cannot be portrayed with just a photograph. Her eye is incredible and she never missed a thing or needed direction about where to go. Through Katya, we were able to relive the best parts of our day and see moments big and small that we missed at the time: a hug between family before the ceremony, my grandmother on the dance floor, etc. She captured so many of our guests in addition to all of our important moments. When we showed the video to people, they all said, "Wow, I didn't even notice her there at that time!" which just speaks further to her ability to blend in and get natural moments captured. The thing we loved the most about Katya's work was that she infused natural sound from our day in the videos: the pop of a champagne bottle, the clapping or laughter of friends and family, the music we used in our ceremony, etc. It felt more personal than some over-produced videos from other vendors. We definitely recommend her to anyone!”

“When we were booking vendors, I wanted wedding professionals. I wanted people who knew the industry inside and out because we were DIY-ing our wedding and without a planner. When you book someone for your wedding, youre not just booking their service- youre booking their industry knowledge and Magnus has a LOT of knowledge and such a big heart. My example of this is within 4 hours of submitting an initial inquiry, we had an email with a scheduled time to call to chat about his services and our wedding plans to see if they matched. What really got our hearts though was before we agreed to work together, he helped me fine tune the schedule I had in my head for the wedding day. He helped us with our timeline not because he was trying to “sell” us on him, and he didnt say “if we work together I’ll help you with the timeline” which would have been perfect acceptable. He helped me because he cares about weddings and wanted to make sure regardless of who we went with for a DJ that we had a good foundation. After that call, I told Collin I wanted Magnus on our wedding team and we didnt need to even consider anyone else and let me tell you - that was one of the best decisions we made. Throughout the process he gave great ideas based on his experience not only for the party (DO THE 10-15 MINUTE DANCE PARTY!!!) but on other aspects of our wedding as well. You’re not just working with an “oh you got a *DJ* DJ!!”as my friend so excitedly said after the music started, you’re working with a professional big hearted person with years of experience who is here to help you have the best time. Our day was truly the best and Magnus was a huge part of that. Once the music started, our dance floor was packed and stayed packed to the bitter end! I will absolutely recommend him to everyone and we are still hearing about how great the music and vibes were. Pics for vibes *insert stars emoji since zola wont allow emojis*”
