When I started out I mainly did cupcakes, but through the years my great 12 years of being in business, I have mastered so many other things. I now do small cakes. 2-3 tiered cakes, sheet cakes, as well as candy fruit, chocolate covered strawberries and other fruit as well. I also do cake pops which are a very big item at a wedding.
